Please I did a Flexi appointment for my standard 6 months visa application last Thursday and it was received by DMC the next day. I'm going for a one week work business meeting fully sponsored by my employer which is going to commence on the 6th, next week Monday. Now my questions are these.

1. Do they consider the time required for your travel when sorting and attending to standard applications or it's just first come first serve?

2. If there's no response on my application by close of work on Friday, will it be later rejected on the premise that the date of the meeting has passed even when everything else is okay?

Your response will be greatly appreciated.

If you're going to Festac, there's a "court" inside the premises there, it's just 500. But I can't confirm if it's accessible to DIYs but I believe it should be.

Yes, my daughters passport were not marked issued before my wife collected them, both were still marked in production. The tracker was marked issued after the passports were collected. If you have captured before October 1st, your passport is surely ready, go and pick it up. If the officers tell you that it is not ready, request to see the PCO.
