samorobo: My dear it is not a blog but a Kenyan newspaper...Your country is not safe and I fear my life will be at risk if I consider MtistheQubit invitation,.
samorobo: Don't be stupid, it won't fit you...If I say something you feel is a lie why not refute it rather than calling me jealous....This is my evidence
and you expect us to believe blogs
you should be worried about your islamic rehabilitation centres instead of digging up lugubrious stories about kenya
samorobo: Weak comeback as usual...You are unimportant to me little boy...I don't know you've always craved for my love and attention.... sorry for that
I hope you were not expecting me to spell the bolded correctly....That was me disrespecting your country.
i dont do comebacks i state facts why are you obsessed with comebacks is that why you watch Kenyan videos all day to comeback on Kenyans
samorobo: Lol this is quite funny...look I don't need to console myself cos I gat nothing to lose here...you are the one loosing investors which equates to malls and skyscrapers loss....You clearly don't know about Nairobi when you living in a village called Nakuru....The 30% skyscraper might be the ones in your dreams or the proposed ones..
Once again you need to read to understand...I never said anything about Kenya recession. Go back and read, you are clearly losing it..
kenya is the leading fdi attract-er in east africa recently we improved our ranking on ease of business to 56 that means we are attracting investors more and investors have confidence in kenya
mean while ghana dethroned you to become the leading fdi attract-er in west africa i said skyscrapers under construction not proposed and when i say skyscrapers i mean skyscrapers not high rises being constructed in eko atlantic
nakuru is a town the second largest economy in kenya after nairobi
samorobo: Make no mistake you are nothing to me and I have never showed concern about you..you are just as useless to me as to the rest of the world(sorry but that is fact)..
Dangote refinery is just too complex for your brain to process...Stick to plucking tea leaves at KIAMBIU..
you are always concerned you are the one who is always mentioning where i live nakuru
there is nothing like kiambiu in kenya go and watch kenyan videos again to get the name right i know you care more about kenya than nigeria
samorobo: My dear go take some Kenyan tea from KIAMBIU to calm you down.... That your middle class hype has been bursted does not mean malls won't spring up..it just means it won't spring up massively as you've imagined..Even when Nigeria was under serious recession in 2015 malls and skyscrapers was still constructed...It just mean that they would be decline in such property and investment..
good consolation for yourself
malls and skyscrapers are being constructed like never before
30 percent of skyscrapers being constructed in africa are in nairobi so
i dont know about recession kenya has never been to recession so i dont know
samorobo: Lol little boy noise has never been the solution to anything...Why not try a civilized dialogue(one that is without emotions) rather than noise cos you noise can only put a day old rat to sleep.
Once again you are a nobody and the entire world doesn't care a word you utter...Stick to that balcony plantation of yours, I am.very sure you are good at that... That refinery is too much for your brain to process..
yes iam a nobody but iam a somebody to you that is why you are so worried about me being an undergraduate and unemployed
dangote refinery is white elephant and tanzania is also after him
oooh please i can bring you more links about kenyas mall bubble if you want if investors think there is mall bubble in kenya why are they building more malls there should stop building malls because of the mall bubble but they are doing the opposite
for example nakuru has 2 malls underconstruction so
samorobo: My dear I won't bring anything to you cause that has been done severally on this thread..you not being able notice and read (I think you actually read it.) Confirms what I have been saying about you being a slowpoke who can't comprehend simple write up..
And For the record Sammy don't give a fvck about your cubicle sized banana plantation..
if you dont fvck why are so concerned about me that refinery is doomed to fail that is the point
samorobo: Oh dear you are losing it...it is obvious you didn't comprehend my post ..I take it that you are naturally dumb and irrationally irredeemable.. No nigerian blogger cares about Kenya so much to conduct a reasearch on her let alone writing about her....the source hails from Kenya ....look for an this and say it is a publicity stunt. Hahaha for the first time you are saying yemi kale...let Sammy screenshot this
The bolded shows you are a slowpoke, go back and read again I won't spoon feed you...This time read to understand.
the report you posted was written by a south african about kenya retail sector the guy is intimidated by the rise and rise of kenyas retail sector so continue praying for our downfall
if imf and world bank offers you loan refuse it
imf is encouraging your govt to close the borders and your listening to them
samorobo: My dear making excess noise and using that exclamation alongside the emoji doesn't make it any less true...I am surprised you don't malls and skyscrapers construction in Kenya is no longer on a serious boost...I dealt with this topics two Sundays ago and I believe you were available when I did.... Learn to read and understand before talking..you are too young to be having difficulties assimilating....it said 67% of your hood rats lives below $3 per day..
Anyway that is the link above...Read and understand properly this time maybe you will get the slightest idea why your malls and vretail stores aren't boo.ing as you've imagined.... I can get you another link. They are like tons of those online..
haha you are confused nakumatt fell and shoprite and tuskys took its place uchumi is goverment owned so its mismanged ukwala is choppies naivas is expanding
the writer knows nothing about kenya and you believe him
samorobo: OPEC and other globally recognised Economist will say otherwise at the bolded....You are just an ordinary undergraduate who probably will join the list of unemployed youths in Kenya, so what do you think you know or your special brain knows more than this people...Never forget that you are a nobody boy..
BTW this was a other weak comeback...Any wise person reading this will attest to what I am saying...
So weak
opec is an oil cartel run by saudi arabia all members of do saudi arabia whims all opec members depend on oil revenues over 60 percent of their budget how can they deride one of they members
bring that economist report we see
yes iam undergraduate and i have a plantation on my balcony where i sell the process products
samorobo: Lol my boy you are slow and extremely gullible..Anyone that tells you IMF and World bank genuinely wants Africa to progress pls I strongly advice that you slap that person very hard.... Imf will say whatever they want but what matters is what goes on genuinely in the economy the citizens has handed to the govt....The same IMF was lauding Nigeria for closing it borders against her neighbours so they can all go into recession and come borrowing money from them...
so you want us to believe your blogs which post jakarta as lagos or you wants to believe yemi kale figures
Nigeria has a lot of oil and natural resources why are you not independent you looted all your oil revenues it is your govt who closed your borders now you are blaming imf and world bank
samorobo: Lol you asked for it and you will get it...Tylann it's all over the web...
retailers reveals some of the hard realities of this sector in Africa. Despite the hype associated with the growing middle class, significant depth and scale are yet to be seen. Kenya is a useful proxy for the African context. A quick look at some relevant statistics reveal an interesting and concerning scenario:
Most Kenyans are employed in the informal sector, which captures 83.4% of total employment.
Of a population of 48 million people, 0.6% earn middle-class wages and less than 0.2% take home more than the middle class.
Formally employed Kenyans average $785.49 monthly earnings, before deductions.
In 2018, nearly half of Kenyan households earned less than $99.94 per month, while 2% have no income at all.
One in three Kenyans lives below the international poverty line of less than $1.90 per day. But in Kenya’s lower middle-income country category, where the poverty line is below $3.21 per day, 67% of Kenyans live below the poverty line.
The urban population in Kenya is just 26.5% of the country’s total.
hahahahaha what is this
bring the source
i thought it was an international recognize body like world bank and imf you bring a blog as source sorry boy try again
middle class bubble in kenya yet more malls and skyscrapers are coming up i thought if there is middle class bubble malls close shops
samorobo: Lol this is a very weak comeback even for a 2 year old kid...I know you no longer know what to say when clearly you've seen and understood the reality of what I was saying...
Lol let me play along but I will be the wise one whilst you stick to foolishness..
What 5km road are talking about jealous boy...
Dangote is not foolish enough to throw his money into such mega projects if he knows he won't be making any tangible profit , or a quick return In investment...He is a successful business man and knows more in the business world than your entire lineage may ever know(sorry this is not a curse but fact)...
i was not making any come back boy i was stating facts
dangote is succesful because he owns all politicians in nigeria which grants him monopoly that refinery is a white elephant
samorobo: Lol you are right Nigeria is not Kenya that lies to world about her economic progress.... Lol so you mean to say you don't know your country has been hyping your middle class to the media and investors.. Are you sure you those evidence,..you might hate Kenyatta for the liar he is..
samorobo: It can be handled by by the private sector which I believe is more efficient and competent than the govt... These is where likes of Dangote comes in ...
dangote the goon
he is constructing 5kms of concrete highway so that he can gain favours from your govt
he is constructing the largest oil refinery in the world while the world is shifting to electric cars and renewable energy
samorobo: Please my dear you are decieving yourself...You cooked everything over there...hahaha your middle class bubble has been bursted..As you aware.....leave Nakuru and go ask the investors in Nairobi..
I will refer you a few pages back because we dealt with this topic just last month...
rvp2018: I watched a documentary in Nigeria port Harcourt where gangs stealing crude oil have completely destroyed such pristine areas...we need to be careful in Lamu.
vaxx2: it is not about the matter of distributing chicken around , it is about the matter of having equal opportunity but with different responsibility.
a country needs capitalism to grow socialism comes later and equality
for a country to develop some people will have to get rich first
vaxx2: I have read gaddafi green book many times and i can says it has influence me to hate capitalist system with passion. And likewise my background as a pagan , I actually don't support it.
gaddafi was a good leader but sometimes he had bouts of madness
i have read the greenbook too he talks about distributing chicken to every libyan what the heck is that the great man made river is one of the greatest projects undertaken by gaddafi it was amazing
but gaddafi had massive oil resources at his disposal
vaxx2: Yes, it is fully private company. but fully run by Ghana locally owned company and as well as other private one to be roll in kumasi and others...The kumasi one happens to be the biggest of them all.
Actually as a hater of capitalist system myself, i actually don't support private driven investment but it seems Ghana focus on UK model (mixed economy).that is by the way an avenue for goverment to spend less while creating bigger investment.
My interest is, the company rolling out the project is a Ghanaian local company.
capitalism is the best system of economic development
Mkenya2019: Yes about time - because the industry can easily double it's earning - and because the money will go to individual farms - that will really dent poverty in rural places - rather than hot oil money.
I don't think one district one factory is going anywhere - Kenya have had such similar hair-brained ideas - Economic Stimulus - and they have failed.
What works is Ethiopia kind of industrial parks.
It should be one industrial park one district. Gov buys or provide land that can house several industries - provide horizontal infrastructures - roads, water, housing and sewage - and then invite foreign and local investors to set up factories.
Ethiopia Industrial Parks https://medium.com/@EthiopiaEU/industrial-parks-development-in-ethiopia-f09eb704d741
i hope kenya can do only half of what ethiopia is doing in terms of industrial parks
Mkenya2019: Phase 2 of Dongo Kundu construction in Mombasa illustrated..featuring two bridges - and within the proposed Special Economic Zone and Free Port.
