Reading a world bank report, it's a bit disappointing finding out that we spend the same as Czech Republic and Bulgaria on per capita spending on education whist this countries trounce Kenya on the sector's primary and secondary completion rate. We are better off than many in Africa but we deserve the best! This economy needs a Kibaki moment.
