Just by looking at the human beings from both Countries no one will tell you Ghanaians live better life than kenyans.
What do you mean by human beings
For example where does your rich and middle class people live and shop

Same way midrise construction will boost her economy.its a choice.

LA is among top 10 richest city in the U.S and has the highest homelessness.infact the whole of California does.u see people with their tents on side walk hindering movement. But it's doesn't make it any less developed atleast for now before the homelessness surge further and encroach the city which might eventually wind up a slum.
My point is Washington DC homelessness doesn't make it any less developed.
Homelessness doesn't make a city less developed that it means they are many poor people in the city that was a by the way
Not mid high rises skyscrapers Lagos is too congested for that

Entertainment I will give you that
Employment and poverty I will give you
Security and peace Kenya is located in a unstable region
Electricity it's debatable

But the laws exist and Washington DC doesn't have a single scrapes and yet it's still developed and still among the top most developed and richest city in the U.S.

If Lagos chose not to build scrapes today despite her population then it's a choice. She just has to make sure she build whatever it she she building modernly and world class and still wear the crown of developed. Get my point now.
I didn't know Washington DC is among richest cities in USA all I hear is expensive real estate prices ,homelessness ,high crime rates anyway you are right
Lagos need high rises for example social housing projects
Skyscraper construction will also boost Lagos economy

Am talking about infrastructures not services.
I repeat again
Almost all infrastructures can be seen and photographed
No one has denied that kazikazi
We can't subject Ghana and Kenya social services in pictures test
Also I didn't know Ghana beats our huge southern neighbor in GDP

Keep running away from your shadow. grin grin grin

Till you beat us in all these factors your Kenya will forever be below Ghana. grin grin

Transportation infrastructure
Health infrastructure
Education infrastructure(literacy rate)
Employment
Poverty rate
Industries
Entertainment infrastructure
Agriculture( food security)
Sports infrastructure
Security,peace and stability
Water and sanitation
Electricity (accessibility) etc

Something like that

Yes London has but it not up to 20.:should be about 15.
But yet Washington DC is still very developed.extremely developed if I must add.

Let Lagos worry about her space. She can decide to extend her boundaries to Ogun state.plus they are still large of green untouched lands lying fallow allover Lagos most especially on the island of lekki.hevk even on mainland lagos.let us not also forget we have about 15 land reclamation project.

Get my point now.its a choice.
No one has denied Washington DC is developed they laws against skyscrapers in Washington DC if the laws were not there Washington DC could have skyscrapers too
Lagos needs skyscrapers and high-rises no way out of Lagos has population of 20milion people excuse me
Lekki is a rich neighborhood iam told

But surely if their towns look like shanties, their infrastructure third class, how can people live better lives than kenya.
Look at electricity - they claim to be at 85%- yet metered customers are only 4m - in a country of 8M plus households.
Then that is debatable
Or they have handouts like free education all the way to university level and free healthcare to everyone Ghana is rich it can afford that with ease

Albeit Lagos keeps building scrapes and plans for even greater more are underway for now and the future but still if Lagos decides to stop all that today then it would be becos of choice. And that won't make her any less developed.best advice is to keep whatever U are building modern whether short, tall, midrise, highrise u name it and that is what london is doing.heck even china.

Lagos with more skyscraper than Washington DC doesn't make it any close to it in development.same with nairobi. Get my point now.cheers.
London has some skyscrapers anyway
Washington DC has no skyscrapers because it's forbidden to build skyscrapers in Washington DC but other USA cities have skyscrapers
Skyscrapers and high rises save on space and Lagos is crammed you need to go up

Why then do London court keep opposing $500bn skyscraper construction and advising developers to go mid rise.
I don't know why they have they own reasons maybe to preserve they culture and heritage
But your cities like Lagos need skyscrapers

Yes - Kenya comes second to South Africa in the Logistic Performance index that ranks logistics in160 countries . Kenya's LPI score of 3.33 puts it ahead of economies like Russia, Brazil and Argentina.

As for Ghana - their LPI index is 2.57 something.
That is what I was talking about
In transport infrastructure Kenya is ahead of Ghana
In social sector Ghana beats Kenya

You guys are all about high rise buildings and it's so funny. grin grin grin
Even if Ghana will build plenty high rise buildings it surely wouldn't be in Accra cos Accra land is not suitable for high rise buildings (it's an earthquake prone area)
We are not talking about high rises when it comes to that you Nairobi floors the entire West Africa
Anyway Nairobi is a swamp you what I mean
Look Ghana beats Kenya in most aspects but transport infrastructure no that I flatly refuse

So tick( though debatable)
Kenya beats Ghana in transportation

Go through the list and point out those areas you think Kenya beats Ghana
Let's start with our railway infrastructure I know Ghana has nothing similar
Mombasa port outdos those Ghanaian ports believe me and we are building even a big one in Lamu
Road infrastructure the quality in Kenya is higher than Ghana's

As I said Ghana beats Kenya in social and human development but infrastructure nay

We have posted here on numerous occasions stats and a figures that shows Ghana with better infastructer development then Kenya
Just compare your railway system to Kenyan railway system
Your road infrastructure to Kenyan road road infrastructure
Your airports and ports dont come close to Kenyan ones
What about urban transport
Ghana beats Kenya in social development things like healthcare etc but infrastructure never

This is what people have been talking about.

The entire Nairobi has been captured in just one picture.

Take it from me,
Kenya cities are better planned than ours,
You have more high rise buildings than us but when we talk of total development, Ghana is way ahead of Kenya. That's the plain truth

Even check the exterior of your high rise buildings? they look too plain, nothing much about them.
That is only Upperhill
Ghana beats Kenya only in social welfare
Infrastructure no
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by tylann: 6:29am On Jan 11, 2021
Ghana doesn't beat Kenya in terms of transport infrastructure
Kenyan roads are of higher quality compared to Ghana's
Kenya's railway infrastructure is more sophisticated compared to Ghana's
Mombasa port outdos any port in Ghana
Jkia can't be compared with any Ghanaian airport
