vaxx2: Atewa forest ( home to several species of birds, monkey and butterfly that are very rare to see anywhere. Infact they have gone into extinction in many part of the world. Ghana Goverment is been forced to make this place an eco park instead of mining area. If the mining is for high economic value The govt will just have it is way |

vaxx2: so many factor, political interest (i.e) opposition party will always disagree , ecological factor which i think make sense. Though the Goverment had made interest not to temper with Atewa forest which probably house the single highest amount of bauxite in Ghana. They intend to choose other two other location.
The very high index of biodiversity in Atewa forest make it a thing of environmental concern , the presence of many endemic species, source of major rivers and several other species known from nowhere else in Ghana, like the last species of white nabbed magabe monkey and some several butterfly and birds that are not available elsewhere.likewise the pan-African rarity status of many of the species present in the Atewa Forest combine to indicate that its conservation importance is of the highest priority that the area should not be subject to development of any kind. Iam an environmentalist So iam with them |

vaxx2: The whole package is 19 billion dollar from diffrence source in China, the two billion dollar which is part of the 19 billion dollar is a deal from a construction firm in china. So at a later stage, bauxite refinary will be built in Ghana within the span of three years. This alone could made Ghana become a powerful country in the world if Goverment get the priority right. The bauxite refined product is expected to rake in 1. 5 trillion dollar and create about 2.3 million job. From valco company themselves. Though there is ecological challenges to this prospect And why are some people opposed to it |

chrisagyei: best road network in where ,hahaha I believe you should say best road network in Abuja instead because I will be disappointed even if that thing is the best road network in Nigeria because it's ugly and of poor quality much more saying best in Africa.Listen,Africa is down buh it doesn't mean we soo corrupt and extremely poor to have that useless piece of road as the best. That's an insult to Africa. After investing an uncounted tens of billions of dollars into that white unproductive elites and corrupt politicians dominated city, that's what you could produce.I cry for the poverty capital. You see this construction here in a suburb of Accra. It was built for 70 million dollars and that's what I call value for money That road he posted even lack road markings I don't why infrastructure in Nigeria is done in a haphazard manner |

I admire the authoritarian way like Ethiopia-a need is identified, funding secured and construction starts with idlers, the ignorant and malicious keeping their peace. That is everything wrong with democracy People spend time in courts arguing over nothing You are the Ethiopia and china style works very well when it comes in initiating and building development projects |

vaxx2: NIgeria senators earns triple of what American senators earn
If this policy can be implemented, political career in Nigeria we see a new development. More interested people who are ready to serve their nation and not their pocket will come on board. People who really want to change, people who love the country with passion will be identify.
Do you know it takes about 25 million naira to get a presidential ticket under buhari political party.. This is huge money, .maybe that is why Nigeria borrow to pay salaries that is alot of money for real just for salaries what about the allowances |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by tylann: 9:41pm On Apr 12, 2019 |
vaxx2: This is what a king from northern part of nigeria have to say. He was a former governor of the central bank of Nigeria.
SANUSI LAMIDO SANUSI TO BUHARI
Change should start with the National assembly: A Senator receives N36,000,000 (thirty-six million Naira) monthly.
If this is divided into two = N18,000,000 million (Eighteen million Naira). The second half which is N18,000,000 (eighteen million Naira) can be used to employ 200 Nigerians, each earning a salary of N90,000 (ninety thousand Naira) monthly.
When you multiply 200 people with the number of Senators (109), this will give 21,800 Nigerians gainful employment. In short, 200 Nigerians will be able to live a comfortable life on half a Senator’s monthly salary.
A member of the House of Representatives receives a salary of N25,000,000 (tenty-five million Naira) monthly.
If this salary is divided in two = N12,500,000 (twelve million and five hundred thousand Naira). The other half, which is the sum of N12,500,000 (twelve million and five hundred thousand Naira) will be enough to employ 135 Nigerians with a monthly salary of N92.500 (ninety-two thousand and five hundred Naira) each.
Nigeria has 360 Members of the House of Representatives, half of their salaries can employ 48,600 Nigerians who can live comfortable lives.
So, Baba Buhari’s Administration can employ 70,400 Nigerians with monthly salaries ranging from N90,000 to N92.500 accordingly. This is just by dividing the salaries of Senators and Members of the House of Representatives.
Half their present salaries is more than enough for them in a country where majority of Nigerians live on less than a dollar a day. (Now think of all the other over bloated salaries and allowances of Ministers and others)
You may try this idea Your Excellency, the President. . The thing is will the senators accept in Africa the system is about patronage and cronyism Although kenya politicians take huge salaries also This nigeria one is too much |

vaxx2: NIgeria will need to first clean up the mess in his political and economic institution. A critical scrutiny of that sector shows they weren't set up for the cares of people but for the few rich elites. That is how oil money behaves it creates wealth for the few wealth elites and the rest are left on the fringes in squalor conditions even Angola suffers the same way |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by tylann: 8:27pm On Apr 12, 2019 |
vaxx2: The last statement was what i am talking about. Oil money comes very cheap without much stress like agriculture
A Norway company recently announced what may be term as the biggest oil find in Africa in Ghana water .it has about 450-550 million barrels, with potential recoverable reserves of nearly one billion barrels. That is huge and can significantly boom the economy but in a very lazy way. Which i don't support.
NIGERIA is a case study of what oil wealth can cause to any country that solely depend on it. Yes oil makes countries lazy you just sell the oil you get your billion dollars hence the Dutch disease Nigeria misused it is oil Nigeria needs to adopt the China model to develop |
