rvp20182: Nigeria has oil and we beat them revenue. The taxes on housing levy will amount to 1b dollars annually. That is a lot of money.Slums will disappear with poverty in 2050.It takes few hours to erect a slum.Just cardboard and old iron sheets.Yes those in Nairobi will probably disappear but more will be built in the metro unless social housing was as competitive. One of my turn boys is looking for 5 dollars house a month..in Ugandans. That is what slum offers.5-10 dollars housing for the society dregs. Angola built 2 social housing projects kilamba and zango Oil transformed angola massively Luanda used to grow 40% annually while the whole of angola 15% annually But they failed to diversfy Oil can make you and can also break you |

rvp20182: Maybe one or two units..your miniature budget at state and federal level hardly cover recurrent expenditure.Pay salaries, pensions and fix electricity.. before you get into social housing. Maybe those are real estate projects undertaken by private developers They are trying to fool us that they are social housing projects They can't even pay salaries How can they undertake social housing projects |

rvp2018: Eldoret's Pearl River SEZ is joint venture btw David Langat & Chinese Pearl Industries. I think it's under construction. David Langat gave the chinese 1,000 acres and gov gave them SEZ license - so hopefully they will expedite it.
We need more of those esp outside Nairobi - where labour can be as competitive as Nigeria. Uganda are building more of those Chinese parks - with Museveni donating forest land to them.
I am optimistics about the private industrial parks - but gov industrial parks - just big promises and nothing. Until they give it to some chinese gov - it won't happen. Govt industrial parks are just empty promises Private sector can do better It is not good to donate forest land that it is bad in the longterm |

What about the industrial park which was being built in eldoret What happened to it We need to revive rivatex |

ednited: When it is checked. The money collected for the dam was being spent by TPLF unnecessarily. They lied saying 60% was completed and TPLFs company METEC was obliged to clear the forest for the project. Not even 25% was completed for 7years. Their plan was to keep collecting money and with that money, to buy illegal weapons and make Ethiopia a living he'll.
Have I told you they sold 2 Ethiopian national boats and they were buying weapons from Pakistan?
God really sees Ethiopia Those are complex issues for an ordinary tylann to understand But most ethiopians complain about tplf Alot i dont what they did to you |
