Not with you miniature budget.You have been building Lagos Ibandan expressway since 1970s.None of those projects will see completion this decade unless oil goes back to 140 dollars a barrel.You budget is not enough to pay regular salaries and pensions..concentrate there before starting grandiose projects that will not see completion like that 8b dollar rusted steal plant.Once you are able to pay gov employee all salary arreas then try do the same for pensions..then try pay them on time..and maybe you can fix electricity and shameful petroleum shortages.These are the basics.

Its only the region of the north east battling insurgency that's getting UN aid... Northern Nigeria is far more developed than northern Kenya! Your northern region is sh*t! that's where a large chunk of your population are starving while your government diverts development to Nairobi alone..

Because Buhari went to London for treatment doesn't mean our healthcare is rubbish. we have some of the best hospitals in Africa ..even more than Kenya who are importing doctors from cuba..

Mombasa port is shitty and can never handle traffics like lagos "ports" handles, u boasts of a single Port while we have 8 ports in Nigeria and 3 more under construction.
Airports?, no country in Africa is building five new international airport like Nigeria, Abuja Airport ,PH airport,Kano airport was commissioned, Enugu and Lagos airports to be commissioned soon.
No country in Africa is building new cities like we do, factories,sport facilities, new roads, rails systems like Nigeria, we are building five new cities, 7new stadia , New higher ways and roads expansion, 3000Km of new SGR, New inter states rails(lagos,kano,Kaduna, calabar, River states,Abuja..), 12000MW of electricity and many more. Nigeria indeed "Giant of Africa"..

Yes but I find electronics more expensive. Generally Uganda is a great country and apart from lots of insecurity (small time thugs - nothing major like gunshots) I could settle there. I spend most of my time in Uganda.

Fuel is not cheap. Slightly cheaper now after VAT was added to Kenya. There is huge disparity in prices because there are no price controls.

What is cheap in Uganda is anything they grow or manufacture internally. Anything imported is more expensive than Kenya - because of the freight cost from Mombasa port.

Food,beer,education, manufactured goods (albeit of lower quality than Kenya) are way cheaper - esp with Kshs ever strengthening against UGX.

Labour is ridiculously cheaper - generally half the cost you'd incur in kenya.
