Drama  sighs and wonder where Emeka is,
@hantayo if Emeka and his mom could remember halfcast after how many years
how come they can't remember any of Emeka's father's friend? huh
Family › Re: I Am Looking For My Dad: Emeka Kanezi by tyna1(f): 7:11pm On Apr 27, 2008
@hantayo half cast is not known to everybody ,i asked my son who is 12yrs what half cast is and he doesn't have a clue
he is Nigerian. How can Emeka and his mum know? I really don't want to go into analysing everything about this Nollywood drama because i don't want to be a spoiler.

@poster you have abused it full time.
Culture › Re: Other Tribes(Youraba etc) Marries At Early Stage Than The Igbos Men Why? by tyna1(f): 6:02pm On Apr 25, 2008
@poster is pissed off because some guy disappointed her.
I am very sure those guys were already married but were just toying with her.
forget the past and move on.
Career › Re: Under Pressure To Reduce My Age For Employment by tyna1(f): 9:50am On Apr 25, 2008
@poster you mentioned that your business is no longer doing well hence the need for a job.
Have you tried to find a way to make your business more profitable, find out why it failed,i doubt
if you will be satisfied working for someone after being self employed. Most people want to
leave their work for business.Goodluck, your faith will see you through.
@32 years are you married? I am just wondering because you might have little mouths to feed.
Family › Re: I Am Looking For My Dad: Emeka Kanezi by tyna1(f): 9:19am On Apr 25, 2008
I reserve my comments while waiting patiently to see how this drama unfolds.
@ poster i wish luck in finding your father.
Investment › Re: Where Do I Buy Shares For My Kids? by tyna1(op): 7:07am On Apr 25, 2008
Seun we are coming back to Nigeria this year, that is why i ask.
Ok let me explain it well,we lived most of the years in Paris, and our company pays a certain
amount to the kids through parents account.I opened an account for them for some years
now but noticed at a stage the bank started collecting tax on the money.
We moved to South Korea few months ago for a project which will be over soon,i left the money
in the paris account.Since we are coming back to Nigeria i felt that the best thing will be to withdraw
the cash and invest in Nigeria.
Investment › Where Do I Buy Shares For My Kids? by tyna1(op): 7:07pm On Apr 24, 2008
I have some money i saved for my kids,i want to invest it in stocks for them
I don't have any idea about what is going on in the stock exchange market
in Nigeria.I need your suggestions on which ones to trade. If there is another
post on investing on behalf of children, kindly point me that way.
Romance › Re: Marriage: He Wants Me To Wait Until I'm 32 by tyna1(f): 6:57pm On Apr 24, 2008
@poster you shouldn't be the one bringing up the marriage talk that is 1 of the no no rules in dating
thou shall not pressurise the guy with marriage talk.it makes you look desperate.
have you considered this what if the guy is just pulling your legs? what if he is waiting for your reaction.
My advice is this,go on with the relationship with the mind that it might not end up in marriage.Be yourself
have fun and who knows he might marry you next year.Good luck
Travel › Re: What Are The Safest Parts Of Lagos? by tyna1(f): 6:24pm On Apr 24, 2008
I enjoyed reading this post because i have a similar case with the poster. My case is that work is at V.I so that
rules out the main land.Things am considering are mainly good schools for my kids close to our home and close
to working place. For security i will leave that in God's hand.

TV/Movies › Re: Nigerian Movies In One Word? by tyna1(f): 6:11pm On Apr 15, 2008
No story line,no creativity, poor post editing, noisy background sound/music,poor lighting due to lack of proper
equipment,untrained directors,same faces in every movie,very predictable,bad posters,fake accents,over acting
etc

Business › Re: What Business Can I Start Wih N10,000 by tyna1(f): 2:54pm On Apr 13, 2008
This money is it your savings or what? please be careful not to invest into scam.I suggest you use it for your feeding first.Business is not about the money you want to invest but ideas,in business ideas are more important than money.Sit down first and think very well about what you want out of life and how hard you are ready to work for it.Don't invest any money that you are not willing to loose.
Romance › Re: My Girlfriend And I Are Both AS by tyna1(f): 6:36pm On Apr 12, 2008
I will disagree with some of you,if you two love each other you can go ahead and marry.
Ok before you guys eat me raw, i am a living witness I know some will say it is luck but i don't
believe in luck i do believe in miracles not because i am righteous or holy just the fact that God
decided to do it for me.I knew that i was As but because it has caused me to break an earlier
relationship i decided to keep this one and just believe that God will do it.I have 3 very healthy kids.
I know how terrible SS is,I had a sister who was one.Fire your questions,am waiting.
Family › Re: Do You Have A Step Mum? by tyna1(f): 6:07pm On Apr 12, 2008
I didn't have a stepmom, but i am a stepmom and am not evil.My husband's first wife died when their son was about 4yrs
old.I met him like a year after when my first son was 5yrs old,it was the boy's idea that his dad should marry me because
he wanted a mummy like other kids.We have been so close that nobody knows that he is my stepson. He only got to find out
that am not his birth mother this year after my husband's co-worker's wife told him.He is 12yrs now and we are a happy family
BTW i have 3 boys of my own and there is no division in the house.Sometimes i blame the men for allowing their wife to mistreat
their children. To all of that had bad experience because of your stepmom,i will say don't allow it to affect your future forget the
past and move on with a positive attitude towards every human being you meet.It could happen to anyone but lets pray that
those women will have a change of heart.
Romance › Re: Marriage Is Not What It Should Be by tyna1(f): 9:35am On Apr 08, 2008
Since you are not married yet,you are not an authority on this area.I have to contribute since i read it,growing up i said that i would not marry because of the married people around me,especially my parents.I admired people like Onyeka Onwenu for been a single parent but all that changed when i met and married my best friend. We've been married for almost 6yrs now,and i haven't for one day regretted our union. It is left for a woman to take care of herself after having children by watching what she eats and exercising, taking a shower before going to bed.Your happiness does not depend on whom you marry it is a matter of your choice either to be happy or not.You can't change any human being ,if a man smokes when you met him he is not going to change because of you after marriage. It is very important for women not to be totally dependent on a man, have a career, hobbies, your own friends.Sorry guys this is sounding like a marriage sermon, but remember who a virtuous woman is:proverbs 31 .Yeah this is long.
Business › Re: Why Are Nigerians Made Scapegoat For Scams All Over The World? by tyna1(f): 11:03am On Apr 07, 2008
I am coming back to Nigeria after 5yrs and am not been deported. There is no place like home. I believe that i have to come and share whatever knowledge that i have gained outside ,if we all can invest in Nigeria it will create employment ,it is time we start thinking about manufacturing most of the things for ourselves .Nigerians are smart and intelligent people that survives no matter the situation .So let us survive together. You have all made your points what is the way forward? Scams are all over, just don't be greedy for quick money.

It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Career › Re: 5 Months Salary Owed. What Should I Do? by tyna1(f): 9:33am On Apr 07, 2008
Leave the job,he will never pay you.Change is the only constant thing in life, have a positive attitude about it and take it as an experience learnt in a hard way.I have been in that kind of situation before for 3months and a friend of mine for 8months.You are not there to sympathize with your boss, look at it this way if you've been messing up on your job for 5months do you think he will not sack you? I know it will be difficult initially but you will always survive.
I wish you all the best, but please do yourself a favour and quit.
