if every dealer on nairaland is saying we should all call. The amount earmarked for the building project would be wasted in calling every biz man on nairaland. Do you know that a cost Estimate with this drawing would go a long way? People with no knowledge of building cost just see flyers and advert in magazines with costs as high N30-N40m and just conclude that House ownership is not for them. You can encourage and attract customers by posting "an estimate" of cost to completion. I also think, you have more "middle income earners" on NL (people with annual income of about N3m and can access mortgage upto N5-N7m) and these people are not interested in the 4-6 bedroom duplex, Mansion, etc. More info about the 2 to 3-bed bungalow/duplex would go a long way to attract potential customers to you.

It would be a gud idea, if you post more pix of your work and cost to completion. This would attract a lot of interest to your product.

I am loving your work already, but would like to see more.

can we have a constructive response in terms of:
1. Cost of Foundation (considering its a one storey building)
2. Cost of blocks and cement used on d ground floor (in terms of number of blocks and bags of cement)
3. Cost of the Decking (estimates for Steel Rods, cements, etc)
4. Cost of blocks and cement used on the 1st floor
5. Cost of roofing

This would help rather than quoting some fictitious amount, remember the guy needs the information for personal planning purpose not for Nigerian Budget. Lets not behave like our leaders when we respond. Its either you know, provide a link to who knows or you resist the temptation to reply.

Good work you have done. May God strengthen you further. I have stayed awake all night reading every post on this thread from start to finish. You have displayed some skills that are absent in many. The criticism and your responses to them have been quite EDUCATING.
