Omeruo has no pace , he will get wasted by the SA winger

Bro calm down this is not a game is pace read the long ball on time clear it out

Onyenka and iwobi should be outside the 18 box receiving those cleared balls instead of South Africans

Common we need not pace

What has bright achieved with all of his pace

No matter how fast you’re if an opponent with the ball is ahead of you there’s very little you can do very little and that involves quick timed tackles of fouling

Zaidi would have got wasted by Percy, and would probably conceded a penalty by now with one tash challenge too many.

Could Zaidu have contributed to the attack with quality precision balls, a capital big NO

Defensively he offers what aina is offering right now 💯

And aina canoffer more than what osayi is giving us

The weak link still remains osayi wether you like it or not

Nigerians want sanusi and not aina or bright at LWB

Our defense has face more pressure in this one match than the entire tournament combined 😭

Sanusi where are you ooo! We are sorry! lol!

SA wan wound Osayi and Aina can't use his left properly.

This is gonna be a long ride!

I thought you loved osayi for RB

And you said aina can do whatever sanusi can even at a higher degree how e be now ?

Shebi fancy football coaches wey we get here dem eyes don clear.

Everybody na coach because una dey watch Premiership.

Bro this is not a fair game we’re being massacred here South Africa is playing our very own formation but with more precision and perfect execution

You noticed how they always double teams our forward players not giving them chance to breathe not to mention even create chances

Chemistry is shows South Africa are cool with the ball

We’re just running around waiting for that lucky ball to change the narrative

This is the worse match I have seen Nigeria play in this competition, osimhen is not fit, see we are missing that his front markings and pressing, and that’s what has given South African an edge so far…

If osimhen is sick, he should be substituted, and I want the person they bring in to be marking from front.

Bright Osayi I don’t really like Hos performance.

Infact tbh the team is playing like they want to loose or they are tired .

Bright osayi Samuel is not built like a native defender he’s a wingback his main goal is to overlap and create chances

In the case of defending he’s a horrible defender i keep saying this right from our earlier games but hate for sanusi won’t make you guys see that

Everyone that keeps crying 😭 for osayi to be included hope say una eyes don clear

Aina is good at left back aina this aina that

You all have clearly seen while sanusi has his shortcomings upfront he’s an excellent defender

Bright doesn’t read games at all and he’s getting eaten alive out there my goodness

Guys let’s stop thinking with emotions now you all have to put some respect on sanusi name

in my opinion super eagles is the best team tactics wise in this afcon

I believe Jpes made out time to research more on the ability of our players and found out the best tactics to bring out their best

If u follow Lookman in Atalanta u will notice that in a two man striking tactics he is very potent. The way jpes hv set up his team especially in attack is deceptive. From the beginning you will think lookman is operation as a winger but in the actual sense him and osimhen are deployed as a two man attacking force while Simon is more of crossing and delivering of passes in the final 3rd to the attacking duo

Iwobi plays as a deep lying player maker who is expected to keep the flow of the game as well as to play it simple while Onyeka is the destroyer who runs around to harass the opponent’s midfield as well as serve as a pressing machine

Zaidu’s major responsibility in this team isn’t moving forward but to defend his position. Him going forward is a plus and much isn’t expected from him via crosses while Aina is the one with more freedom to attack because he is more assured and confident on the ball than zaidu

I hv to say that Jpes isn’t as bad as we thought tactically

Or na the players they use their common sense tactically 🌚

I dont think we need a back 3. Remove Zaidu and bring in a Yusuf, move Bassey to that wing. Zaidu is horrible offensively.

Remove zaidu??

It seems like his attacking shortcomings has made you forget that he’s an excellent and competent defender

There was a time I had over 100 games on my Nokia 2700. Life was easy back then, you could download 5 games with 10mb.

Games on Java powered phones are better than what we have these days on Android and Ios. Pure single player experience without any form of micro transactions.

The good old days

Truth is Nwabilion will learn from uzoho short coming’s

Everyone can be replaced up to osimehn can be replaced it’s at the heat of battle that heroes and legends are formed

One good game from an unknown player might make you loose your spotlight forever.

Just like Kyle walker said don’t get comfortable

That’s how Arnold usurped Nathaniel clyne with just one good game

But what happened to Uzoho now? He wasn't this bad.

Overconfidence, pride and praise got to uzoho head

Remember when he said if e easy play make Oyibo man sign you

He just signed his sack letter with that statement.

Lookman looking like the player I thought Chukwueze would become in the SE.

The second goal by Lookman was a display of football intelligence...know when to pass and the right space to attack in anticipation of delivery.

Osimhen....Immense. Dudes pressing is actually fundamental to this team's set up.

I would bet 100k that sanusi would never deliver that ball the way Bassey did if the role were reversed

Aina can be world class

But he’s not world class yet because he’s too nice

So wingers aren’t really scared of him

They can’t beat aina for pace or anything but wingers will always have a go at him

But if he kicks anything that’s white like Bassey them go give am chance

Peseiro is an inept coach

But one thing i give him props for is his defensive tactical awareness

Like this can be rated as the best eagles defense of all time.

If you see the fluidity in switching between zaidu and Bassey you’ll understand

The defense did a compact man marking without sacrificing width or depth

Best eagles defense ever

I disagree Zaidu lacks composure he is a yellow card and penalty in the waiting. He defends desperately

I disagree with you I’ve watched zaidu for 3 years now and on the defensive end he’s rock solid i mean Kyle walker rock solid but going forward that’s a different case

If he brings a pin point cross that’s pure luck and not skill

Don’t know why he hasn’t hired a private trainer and work on his attacking game
