THIS IS GOOD NEWS FOR THE PEOPLE OF EDO STATE.

At least it will help to generate employment in Edo state.

I think Edo state and Delta state needs brewery companies that manufacture beer, malt drinks, mineral etc.

Investors with huge capital should go there and invest in the brewery industry.
. Certainly true as it will help to boost the state IGR, but my guy e b like say you go like beer wella

oshiomole only tried in just first term.

Infact out of 20 years of democracy, Edo state has only witnessed 7 years of good leadership
Its 1st term was really good when compared to the 2nd term but all in all Edo state has been bless by God with good leaders except the regime of Lucky Igbinedion that last vision, purpose & development
PoliticsRe: What About The Kerosene Governor? - Nigerians Reacts To Ebuka's Post on Ganduje by UAE123(m): 5:49pm On May 07, 2019
If only we can transfer this criticism of our bad political leaders into real action by voting them out on election day & not being selective when criticizing because they are not in the same party with us or from the same region as us, then Nigeria & Nigerians can really move forward

CelebritiesRe: Alibaba And Falz React As Nigerian Company Starts Manufacturing Armoured Carrier by UAE123(m): 7:20am On Apr 30, 2019
The pace might be slow but if we are determined to achieve success & industrialization we must patronize our own & encourage the manufacturing sectors. The government must not only doing the talking but act after the talk. Pray we get there.
PoliticsRe: Keyamo Mocks PDP, Galadima "Where Is Atiku That Is Coming To Reclaim His Mandat by UAE123(m): 2:03am On Apr 21, 2019
Its like we are now in the season of swearing. But I agree with Kayamo on this that Buba Galadima should explain what really happened in his polling unit that made PDP loose to APC with such a margin .
PoliticsRe: Senate Attacks FG, Says Only State Police Can Stop Banditry by UAE123(m): 8:58am On Apr 11, 2019
The National Assembly should amend the constitution to allow for state police & discuss with their state legislatures to also pass it when the amendment get to them rather than just discussing it at their chambers almost daily without doing the right thing which they know what to do
PoliticsRe: Sagay: Northerners Are Afraid Restructuring Will Reduce Their Shares From Oil by UAE123(m): 7:02am On Apr 08, 2019
It is very important that Nigeria is properly restructured so as to make all the component part self Dependant if themselves rather than waiting for the federal government at the end if the month. Every states & parts in Nigeria has something that can make it self dependant if the country is restructured. The north has arable lands & are good at rearing animals & the south has its own as well like cocoa in the west & some solid minerals likewise the eastern parts are good in palm oil production, they as also very good business men & women.
PoliticsRe: 9th Nass: “denying S’east Dsp, A Violation Of The Constitution” – Apga Warns Apc by UAE123(m): 9:17am On Apr 04, 2019
The position of Deputy Senate President should & must go to the South South region because the zone has not produced anybody for that position or that if the Senate President since 1999 when Nigeria returned to democracy, the Eastern region has produce the Senate President for 8 years & the Deputy Senate President for 12 years. So my questions for those still insisting on the South East having the Position of Deputy Senate President, us it a birth right of the region to be occupying the position & is the South South not part of Nigeria?
PoliticsRe: Reno Omokri Blasts CAN Leaders Over President Buhari’s Visit by UAE123(m): 11:33am On Mar 30, 2019
This guy is really frustrated because of the lost of PDP at the presidential election. If PDP has won the election he would have been the person sharing the visit of CAN leaders visiting Atiku.

PoliticsRe: Why Gov Wike May Not Contest Rivers Guber by UAE123(m): 4:29pm On Mar 06, 2019
Both cases might be similar but the judgement from the courts could still be different as it all depends on the judges hearing the case against Wine or how its opponent's has been able to prove their case
PoliticsRe: His Excellency Atiku Abubakar Could Still Unseat President Buhari At The Supreme by UAE123(m): 8:25am On Mar 02, 2019
Good day, I like your writeup but it is not easy as you are putting it bearing in mind that the PDP as a party participated in the rigging of some states like Cross Rivers & Akwa Ibom as can be seen in some lick videos. Secondly, the supreme court ruled that the use of card reader is not known to our law & there is no amended law passed by the law makers to make the card user usage compulsory & this alone will make the PDP case difficult in the court. All in all, the judged of the supreme court will become the final voter if the case eventually gets to the court. Let us also remember that lawyers must also make their own fortune from the politicians from both parties
PoliticsRe: Atiku Is Very Determined To Go To Court - Fani Kayode by UAE123(m): 5:51am On Mar 01, 2019
Femi Fani Kayode is only good at appearing on twitter, when PDP members were campaigning round the country he did not go with them to campaign, not even in his state Osun was he seen campaigning for Atiku or PDP but he is quick to appear on Twitter. Who knowns if he even voted last Saturday for Atiku & the PDP. Thus are some of the people that are Atiku's problem

eldoradoxx:
Not so sir. It takes 2/3 of 109 Senators to pass any bill or Government proposal. 2/3 of 109 is I think 72. Buhari will still need the agreement of PDP to pass his bills into law.
Please read section 56 sub section 2 of our constitution

You need 2/3 majority to pass a bill into law. That is the most important duty of the Senate/National Assembly

I will like you to show me from the Constitution. 2/3 is only needed when it comes to things like impeachment & not law passing if not you wouldn't have been hearing Bukola Saraki saying the ayes have it in the senate

eldoradoxx:

You don't need 2/3 majority to pass any bill into law, rather you need simple majority when passing a bill into law. I will like you quote from the constitution where it is started that 2/3 majority is needed in bill passing

Good, so why has APC been complaining all these while cos I'm aware they have the majority in the senate and the house of rep.

??
The complain is part of politicking
PoliticsRe: Senate: APC Secures 64 Seats, PDP 40, YPP 1 by UAE123(m): 10:52am On Feb 28, 2019
Ezeego1:
APC still not able to produce 2/3 so it's not gonna be a smooth ride like you think.
You only need 2/3 majority in the senate when it comes to things like impeachment, but in passing bills you only need simply majority

GEJDHERO:
they still need the PDP senators to pass bills
They do need the PDP senatto pass any bill but remember that minority have their say & majority have their way
PoliticsRe: Senate: APC Secures 64 Seats, PDP 40, YPP 1 by UAE123(m): 7:35am On Feb 28, 2019
This simply means that APC as a party will control the senate & there should be no excuse this time that the senate is drawing the executive arm back or are not cooperative. They should also settle who & who are to hold key positions in the senate on time to avoid any distractions

yes he can if the unexpected happens
PoliticsRe: If Buhari Is To Suddenly Drop Dead There Will Be A Constitutional Crisis by UAE123(m): 11:17am On Feb 27, 2019
If the unexpected happens (God forbid though) there will be no constitutional crisis because both of them were duly elected on the 23 of February. If you can cast your mind back to 1999, Atiku Abubakar was elected the governor of Adamawa state before Obasanjo pick him as his vice & Atiku's running mate in the person of Bonny Haruna who was suppose to be the vice was sworn in as the governor of the state & the Supreme court ruled that both Atiku & Haruna were both elected together.
PoliticsRe: Another Four Years Of Chastisement ? by UAE123(m): 12:01am On Feb 26, 2019
INEC are not counting prayer points but they are only counting the votes of those that voted on Saturday. A lot of people complaining today did not vote last Saturday but they want miracle to happen. If Buhari is announced the winner today he clearly deserves it.
PoliticsRe: Any Hope For Atiku? by UAE123(m): 10:14pm On Feb 25, 2019
The difference in vote between the winning APC & the losing PDP is almost one million vote. What will now be the difference when that of Sokoto, Zamfara,Kebbi & other northern states are added. Simply put Atiku has about 5% hope of winning the election
