Reasons I don't bother myself even asked people around me not to bother themselves about the outcome of tomorrow judgement are 1. PBAT traveling out confidently yesterday is a sign everything has be concluded in his favour, also it may be signal that the judgement went against him knowing Tribunal judgement can't take him out office till supreme court final judgement he decided to traveled out incase any upraising after the judgement he won't be blame. 2. Tribunal never accepted live coverage during preceedings but decided to go live during judgement considering the global pressure on them may signal sincerelity just to rewrite their image take glory and global recognition. Normally in Nigeria evil things are always done or announced at night or off camera. By history any live events always the time Nigerian want do the right thing just to take glory and prove a point Let see how tomorrow ends God bless Nigeria |
PBAT is concern it just that tomorrow judgement can't take him out of office immediately |
Keep lamenting but u once support 4th becoming first, tomorrow una go cry tire because for Tribunal to live the event tomorrow show it won't end up as usual Christistruth03: |

One month and four days after it concluded hearing in two separate petitions filed by presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and that of the Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Obi, challenging the declaration of Senator Bola Tinubu as President, the Presidential Election Petition Court, the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal will on Wednesday deliver its judgement. This was confirmed Monday morning by the Chief Registrar of the Court of Appeal, Mr Umar Bangari, although he noted that a statement to that effect would soon be issued to journalists. Recall that the five-member panel of the Presidential Election Petition Court, led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, had on August 1, announced that the date for judgment in the two petitions would be communicated to parties, shortly after all parties adopted their final written addresses for and against the petitions. Besides the petitions of Atiku and Obi, the presidential tribunal would also deliver judgment in the petition by the Allied People’s Movement (APM), seeking the disqualification of Tinubu from the February 25 presidential election on account of alleged unlawful nomination of the vice presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima. Confirming the judgment date to our correspondent in Abuja, Bangari also assured that adequate security has been put in place, adding that only the invited members of political parties and the general public would be allowed into the court room to avoid congestion and security breaches. In addition, he observed that media houses interested in broadcasting the proceedings live at no cost to the Court are welcomed. Both Atiku and Obi in their respective petitions are claiming victory of the February 25 presidential poll, won by Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared Tinubu winner of the presidential poll, on the grounds that he won majority of the lawful votes cast at the polls. According to the Commission, Tinubu polled a total of 8,794,726 lawful votes to emerge victorious. He was closely followed by Atiku, with a score of 6,984,520 and Obi 6,101,533 votes to come 2nd and 3rd respectively. Displeased with the declaration Atiku and Obi had approached the court to argue and prove that Tinubu did not win majority of lawful votes as claimed by the electoral umpire. They submitted that as it the time Mahmood announced Tinubu as winner, collation was ongoing since many of the presidential election results were yet to be uploaded unto the INEC’s Results Viewing (IReV) Portals. They also accused INEC of manipulating the process to favour the ruling APC and Tinubu. Besides the grounds of substantial non-compliance upon which the petitioners are seeking the nullification of the presidential poll, others are that INEC violated the law when it declared Tinubu who did not score 25% of votes cast in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) as winner, in addition to claims that Tinubu was not qualified to contest on account of alleged forfeiture of the sum of $460,000 to the United States of America over alleged complicity in drug related offences. Reno just got exposed without sense how will Obi claim he won election he petition that it was not properly done, claiming he won mean the election was ok, let judiciary decided with evidence in their disposal. |
This happened in my neighborhood some days ago, a man put his 4Runner jeep for sale due to difficulties fueling & maintaining it, his closest friend same tribal man bought it cheaply despite having three cars already and went around telling neighbors he bought the jeep cheaply just to pepper his friend who happens to be APC collection officer during the just concluded general election. The information got to meet the man who sold the car and he went to confront the buyer for mocking him through his predicament. Since that day these two great friends from same tribe has never compliment each other again talkless of passing same path. We where all speechless because some people where just laughing, some pitying the jeep seller, It looked 2023 general election has really damaged the once love spirit of Nigerian deeply, God help us. |
The war gradually going back home, now Ukraine has tried, test, practice & confirm it is possible hitting Russia recklessly, I don't see them stopping any time soon, War are easy to start but the outcome remain unpredictable |
Last night’s Ukrainian attack in Western Russia was the “most brazen” one by Kyiv since the start of the so-called special military operation which began last February, according to Al Jazeera’s Dorsa Jabbari. “All four major airports in Moscow region were shut down following the attack, though they have since reopened,” Jabbari reported from St Petersburg. “Officials say the main attack took place in Pskov, 300km [186 miles] southwest of St Petersburg and the Pskov airport was shut down as its runway was damaged.” The Kremlin says Russian President Vladimir Putin has been informed of the drone attack on Pskov, the Russian Tass news agency reported. The Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, said, “Of course, with regard to such massive attacks, information is also immediately brought to the attention of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief”. Peskov called the latest drone strikes a continuation of the “terrorist activity of the Kyiv regime.” “The vast majority of drones fly into civilian targets. We continue and will continue the air defence system in order to eradicate such a threat to us,” he added. Ukrainian drones ‘will not go unpunished’: Russia Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs says a wave of Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian territory overnight “will not go unpunished”. Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the drones, some of which struck an airbase in Pskov, 600km (400 miles) from Ukraine, could not have covered such distances without information from Western countries. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/liveblog/2023/8/30/russia-ukraine-live-news-two-killed-after-massive-russian-attack-in-kyiv |
Should we also agree with you Tinubu/Batified movement is entirely Ododuwa project couple with the one sided yoruba appointment Throwback: |
Does this mean the Yoruba's Obidients are Ipob too? ElSudani: |
Obidients don't have front leader even Obi sometime get his own share of trolling ones he go out of line, even recently the most admired Obidients gov Otti got it hot-hot for buying foreign cars instead Innoson motors Christistruth03: |
Till date I still imagine how Obidients conquered media trolling and even extend globally in some instance. Today the ruling party still struggling how to manage team Obidients even the main opposition party hide under Obidient to be notice, just like the present Tinubu Chicago certificate case where PDP produce and allow Obidients to market it globally. Nigeria politicians, celebrities. pastors, Imam, organisation etc are very mindful going against obidients to avoid being drags and expose The international bodies are not spare as long you want to play with Obidients intelligent just like Chicago University trying to presently, even UK emigration experienced it during election for detaining Obi wrongfully. In present Nigeria any upraising or unpopular policies Obidient remain mute stands, every Nigeria institutions is not spare by Obidients as long you not doing the right things, till date INEC can't make open statement because of fear of Obidients. Niger Republic intended war die naturally because the North has stylishly slide into team Obidients and rubbish the entire exercise which now look like Yoruba war, what a group of people called Obidients spread around all Nigeria tribes with foreign admirers. |
All eyes now on Chicago they should go & learn from GWR |
Good day my people, I decided to share my experienced how I successfully & happily fuel my car & wife own easily without looking at gauge with full tank 24/7. firstly after the removal of subsidy it wasn't easy, fueling my both cars 2.2L & 2.4L engine with 70 liters tank capacity, Initially I was buying fuel 12k for 20 liters it will just be around 3/4 on the gauge, few days drive it will drop drastically I was just angry, complaining spending much on cars thinking the fuels are burning faster which is not true. Few weeks later I decided to study my cars & estimate my fuel usage on weekly basic, I realized with the elimination of hold-up in Port-Harcourt roads, changing of my pattern of driving I now spent (10) litres of fuel weekly driving to work, I decided to full the 70 liter tank installmentally which cost me N41,370 so I can control the usage subsequently which am doing. What I does now is every two weeks by Friday I re-filled the tank with N12k approximate (20) liters to maintain my full tank at all time, this alone has relieve me alot and you may give it a try. Finally through this era two things I don't do are firstly I don't give mechanic my cars to work without me being around and secondly I don't borrow anybody my car is either I drive you or give you TP. [b]This may interest you don't allow fuel attendance sells fuel to you by value rather buy by liters (once he/she ask you ''how much fuel sir/ma'' tell him give me 10,20,30 etc liters calculate and pay, if they sale by value you will be cheat heavily, have a wonderful week |
I choose to ask this question why is Atiku not being drag, insult, attack Fulani's, herdsmen by Tinubu supporters for this international embarrassment faced far away USA, Obi has never done more damage than what Atiku is doing already why so much hate against the Obidient? read below update from US court As Nigerians awaits the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal judgement, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the just concluded presidential elections, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar has taken his legal battle to a United States of America District Court in a bid to unearth and unmask the secrecy surrounding the academic records of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu which was submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC. The legal landscape has taken a striking turn as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, takes center stage in a matter that intertwines Nigerian politics with academic authenticity. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has embarked on a quest to compel Chicago State University (CSU) to release crucial documents linked to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the current President of Nigeria who contested the February 25 Presidential election under the banner of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Here is what Nigerians need to know. Jurisdiction Established: The court proceedings were spurred by a preceding case in Nigeria on November 9, 2022, where Mr. Mike Enahoro-Ebah, a “Human Rights Defender and Public Interest Litigator” in Abuja, Nigeria, took the initiative. His actions set the stage for a legal journey that led H.E Atiku Abubakar to seek jurisdiction from the US court. The United States District Court has determined that it holds jurisdiction over the matter, aligning with US laws that authorize document discovery from individuals or entities residing within its district for foreign proceedings. Forgery Allegations and Diplomas in Question: At the heart of this matter lie allegations of forgery. Enahoro-Ebah alleged that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu presented a forged CSU diploma, dated June 22, 1979, among other inconsistencies, as part of his filing to run for President. H.E Atiku Abubakar’s court papers assert that CSU’s Registrar, Mr. Caleb Westberg responded to a subpoena, providing documents including a CSU diploma dated June 27, 1979. The distinctions between these diplomas, from seals to fonts, raise substantial doubts about their authenticity. Inconsistencies Unveiled: The documents produced by CSU expose perplexing disparities. While Tinubu claimed to be solely a Nigerian citizen, the CSU documents portray a U.S. citizen named “Bola Tinubu.” Similarly, the birth year conflicts between the CSU records (1954) and Tinubu’s information to INEC (1952) further deepen the intrigue. The divergent narratives even extend to the gender of the individual described in the CSU transcripts. Educational Background Scrutinized: A spotlight is cast on Tinubu’s educational background. The discrepancy between the CSU documents and Tinubu’s claims of graduating from Government College, Lagos, in 1970 adds another layer of complexity. The inconsistencies challenge the credibility of the information submitted to INEC. His Excellency Atiku Abubakar’s Application for Document Verification: Building upon these disparities, Atiku’s legal team petitioned the US court for an order to compel CSU to release and authenticate the documents in question. By meeting the statutory criteria and satisfying the court’s requisites, Atiku has positioned himself as an “interested person” to warrant a potential victory. Anticipated Outcome: The court’s assessment of jurisdiction and compliance with legal norms has paved the way for a potential turning point in this matter. With Atiku fulfilling the necessary criteria and CSU’s status as a public university under Illinois law, the court seems inclined to grant Atiku’s requests, signaling an impending chapter in this unfolding drama. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in a swift reaction has employed the services of a defense attorney in the US to prevent the court from granting Atiku’s request on Chicago State University. The District Court for the Northern District of Illinois gave a deadline of August 23rd , 2023 for Tinubu to file his arguments on why his records should not be released. |
