Sori, i am going 2 deviate a little, this embarrasing moment was not caused by my mom but a sr student in sec sch. I used 2 bedwet until i was abt 11yrs,usually i used a macintosh so i wouldnt get my mattress wet,so dis nite i 4got to put my macintosh n went to bed, at about 3am d sr student below woke up screaming as if she was being chased by a ghost,of course d whole dorm woke up n rushed to her bedside, then she realised that what woke her up was urine dripping from my mattress unto her, i was so embarrassed becos noone knew i pied in bed.It  wasnt her fault thou, but dat was the last time i ever wet my bed.

mc my type of jackets too,clean cut n well tailored, very good 4 those in the coperate n bussiness world.

its easy to say just go 2 the gym,yes that will work if u have 1 or 2. i have 5kids n within 9yrs.My tummy went back 2 flat after the first two without any work, by the 4th one it wasnt about getting back in shape,becos i lost all the weight,it was now about excess skin,so u need girdle 4 support unless ur ready 4 a lipo or tummy tuck.SO guys every situation is unique.

@outstrip the girdle looks good,where can i get it, r there ones dat that r high up under the breasts.I have bought lots of girdle but the fabric usually slacks after washing once or twice.

to keep ur tummy almost as flat as pre-pregnant the critical period is the first 2mths after birth.Tie ur tummy very tight with a wrapper or tummy band all day long d first 2 mths,do some abs work out 4 twenty mins once or twice a day n dont follow dat old wives tale abt eating o lot after birth, eat healthy.

Anyone in d twin cities?very cold,anyway two layers of shirts wit jeans socks n boots.

it makes clothes fit n look better.

I think its d impression most of us give pple back home,i have a cousin who works at a gas station,he leased a hummer n shipped it home to his mum,4 mths later he couldnt pay d car notes,d dealership came to reposses,of course d car was in naija,he had bad credit n had 2 run around looking 4 someone to cosign on a laon 4 him 2 pay off d car.Right now he is working 3 jobs in order to pay off the loan all becos he was trying to impress.Bottom line a lot of pple dont tell the truth abt wat they are really going thru.

u guys r right America is d land of opportunity,if u r ready 2 work hard of course,some pple get here n instead of getting an education to get a heads up they fall into petty which keeps them in same position 4 yrs n yrs at the end of d day they refuse to go back home of d embarrasment of going back wit nothing.Bottom line if u won congrats but have it in mind dat its only hard work that will make ur dreams come true.

i am not a doc but, i think u shd try more pre-intimacy wit ur hubby to get naturally lubricated.free urself get in d mood n dont hold back.

I dont know where u are but the best option is to find an obgyn to get your wife tested on wat method is best 4 her.But in d meantime condom and spermicides are ur best bet.

After her doc has cleared her of any problems during her six wks post-natal check up.be patient my guy.(this is from a mother of five)
