Shame on the Nigerian Police.
They have failed to provide regular enlightenment to its men, hence their primitive behaviour.
How does one, having contraceptives in his possession, be tagged a rapist? Na wa o!
Good that you recorded the incident. Las las, they will loose their jobs when this incident gets to limelight.

martowskin1: Phone is bigger than what it used to be few years ago. A phone can be ur private office and more. You can have clients and associates who you don't want to know anything about ur personal life.
If social media validation is what we need to prove genuine love then we really need to re-define love for this generation I agree with the words in bold but some ladies will never reason along these lines. |

Hahahaha.
She must have wondered when you will upload her pictures on your WhatsApp status. As it's not happening, she decided to do it herself.
Truth be told, she invaded your personal space.
However, if you really love her, you should forgive her. She feels insecure with you, that's her own way of finding out if she is a side chic after all. But that's not the right way to find out..... |

Mr. Man file a report to the police, get d credit alerts and debit alerts as evidence, phone d senior sis and tell her she has 4hrs to return the money that uve already reported the case to d police, tell her u don't want t arrest her or take her to court that's in her best interest to return the money both ways if she pays the money u win, and if the police arrest her and her sis for fraud, u get to see the scammer in court and still recover ur money, shekana Lol. I hope you will provide him with the money to grease the palms of the Police officers when they make their demands. It's a lost case.... I hope he has learnt from his folly. |

litigator: "On a charge of stealing, proof of less of the item than what was stated in the charge is sufficient proof of the quantity so proved to establish the offence of stealing." OFFENCE OF STEALING
Whether proof of a lesser amount stolen is enough to sustain conviction for the offence of stealing Position of the law
"...The quantity of PMS meant to be discharged at Conoil fuel station was 11,000 litres as stated by the appellant himself. So, it was the 11,000 litres of PMS that were being discharged at the time the PW1 and other law enforcement agents came on the scene that was the quantity out of the 33,000 litres of PMS that was material to the charge with respect to Conoil fuel station. On a charge of stealing, proof of less of the item than what was stated in the charge is sufficient proof of the quantity so proved to establish the offence of stealing. It follows that the fact that the charge indicated 33,000 litres of PMS as the quantity of the PMS stolen by the appellant but 11,000 litres thereof were admitted by the appellant to be the quantity he negotiated and bought on credit and was being discharged for his employer, Conoil, at the time law enforcers came on the scene, sufficed for the purpose of the charge with respect to the 11,000 litres of PMS thus making the quantity of 11,000 litres PMS certain to sustain the charge on that ground."
What lessons did you learn from the decision of the court?

28 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.
I guess racism made the Police officers burnt/destroyed the materials gotten at the rape scene. They wanted to pin the crime on the black brother without digging further for proof. What a world we live in, injustice is rampant.
I am trying to imagine the great loss this black brother went through. His family and friends may have deserted him, think about the opportunities he missed also....... The compensation cannot cover-up the years and opportunities he lost for a crime he knew nothing about.
Life is indeed not fair. |

I bought that useless powerbank that didn’t even last up to a month, before I bought that powerbank I asked you if I can charge it using solar panels you told me yes, I bought everything from you
I complained to you so many times that the solar panel is not charging the powerbank, the cable always get burnt, you told me to buy another, I used my money to buy that cables so many times, Then I told you to buy the cable yourself and send it to me because you said I didn’t buy the original cable, I waited till forever, you didn’t send it
I directed my friend to buy the same useless powerbank from you, when he complained about the powerbank, you blocked him on WhatsApp
I spent close to 200k for this nonsense powerbank even though I begged you so many times that this is the first time I am buying solar setup, you still sold rubbish to me
Nor worry hand go meet you one day....ENJOY Can you attach proof of this transaction gone wrong? WhatsApp chats and payment details will do. |

MrBrownJay1: sadly, i blame MEN more than i blame women... because we all know that there will always be greedy/deluded people out there, but any smart man knows that with money, then YOU make the rules with these narrow minded goldiggers. thus a lady can have all the entitlement mentality she desires, so long as men DONT PAY, these women have absolutely NO POWER over us. there is power in the coochie, yes, but MONEY has much more power than coochie (when facing a money hungry goldigger).
sadly, too many men have misplaced ego (blinding them from common sense), and these men will do ANYTHING to not be called stingy.... and some would even become criminals or do "crazy" things in order to please these goldigging narrow minded women. You are 100% on point. |
Romance › Re: Dear Ladies, Please Avoid Stingy Guys. by uboma(m): 2:55pm On Jul 14, 2020*. Modified: 5:43pm On Jul 15, 2020 |
MrBrownJay1: sadly, African society, chivalry, and most importantly KONJI, is the reason why A) many dude willfully spend recklessly on these women, and/or B) women use this "stingy" label to try to shame men into paying against their will (while there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with being stingy). You are right on B). However I feel that a stingy man is a no no. What is bad is when the lady has the entitlement mentality and feels that the man must spend on her no matter what. A man cannot be in a relationship and not spend money on calling her, taking her out occasionally for dinner or drinks, buy a small gift e.t.c However a woman should not tell the man how to spend his money. She should not depend on him like he caused her birth. Women with the entitlement mentality are not my friends. |
