1. The price will be on the high side both structurally and labour wise since its not a conventional building
2. They're reasons why this kind of houses are not found in Nigeria, this can be due to reasons such at it not being compatible with Nigeria's climate.
If you look closely they are few fenestrations(window openings) so that means the building will be dark in some places and hot as well, leaving you with mostly mechanical means of lighting and ventilation, in Nigeria with poor light condition, this might be a Con leading to high energy bills.
