Such Can't happen in the world class Nest of Champions

CockScrew:
Is that the classiest restaurant in all of Uyo?

Haba nau, not even top 10
Le Meridien restaurant can easily be the classiest

ikp120:
Mumu people! Give me 250m and I will deliver something more classy, massive, mega and elegant than that shiit you've got there, and still keep at least 50m as change.

Who are the idiots that value these houses sef? Una dey craze? Highest value for that property is 80m, nothing more!

Asin ehn, the house doesn't look like a $5m house

ekanDamie:
made in aba, showcased in akwaibom.

Ikot ekpene is known as raffia city so you are wrong about that and they are many vibrant Akwa ibomites out there.

Hello house,
can you play with designing a rooftop feature for Abuja's WTC? I have that on the top right of the picture mix as the 1st feature. 6000sqm of digital media mesh ie billboard, powered by a solar pyramid.

What do you guys think? Can anyone in the house enhance this prototype?

Is there a more detailed brief for this?

.

GodsLastBorn:

Thanks for your participation.

I like your exuberance and it is duly noted.

Though I have an architect for life in Darenyx but in case he's not available I'll consider your service in the future.

Thanks.

U're welcome

Princekembas:
nice design bro.. will like to learn from you

Thanks

helpee:
though I am not an architect but this is too much of an insult for architects in nigeria. You are posting architectural challenge for our architects and na lock up shop. chai. I thought they finally wanted to build a bomb/ plane crash resistant tallest building in nigeria right in the middle of Atlantic ocean on bar beach only to realise you are mocking them with a lock up shop and even boasting the winner will win a design contract for a lock up shop from you. Every architect that post design on this thread must be avoided for serious project design. They must be jobless, classless and probably, quacks.

You don't despise humble beginnings
Every great architect started from small projects not a 100 storey skyscrapper
I know mybad faulted in the process of carrying out the project not following laid down procedures but please don't crucify him
You can do this(lockup store) under hours while bored at home after work does not make you a quack
Have a nice day Mr. helpee

Truefederalism:
You will have to give me till evening to get this done. That is if the option B is needed.
You will have to give me an Email address though.

Never mind. I do not practice this type of architecture.

Nice job Ubox.

Thanks
