RIDA AND HYPERTENSION

For different reasons I have been a little haphazard with my antihypertensive medications for a few days now - missing a couple of days and , in between, taking just one out of the two tablets I normally take... ( naughty naughty!)I woke up very early this morning and felt a funny sensation in my head( slight tension) . I checked my blood pressure and it was 135/95 , I rechecked it a few minutes later and it was 137/97.... now for me, I usually have symptoms when my diastolic bp is above 90mmHg so I wasn’t too surprised.

I though of immediately taking both my antihypertensive medications but I decided to delay it for a few hours and take Rida herbal bitters first. I took 20mls, drank about 3/4 of a glass of water and went about what I was doing.

Fast forward to 1.5hours later,I noticed that the tense feeling in my head had somewhat eased and I rechecked my blood pressure.... lo and behold it was 124/84 !
This is My first personal specific experience with Rida Bitters and high blood pressure ........ Interesting!

For about two months now I've being battling with catarrh, I've used all sort of medications but to no avail. When both nostrils seems to clear up, it'd only last for a short period of time before one gives up to the other and when the blocked nostril clears up, the other goes kaboom. In the blocked nostril, o have this feeling that there is a swelling but when it clears up I don't feel any again. Occasionally, a clear nostril becomes dry that I am usually forced to breath to my mouth. I experience mucus running down my throat, portal earing loss. Subsequently, I'd become weak. I'm tired already.
ENT doctors in the house please come to my aid.

Am here to seek advice for one of my friend

Now going straight to the point few days ago while chatting with this friend of mine as a normal conversation would go after asking her how her day was going and all that

Then I asked her how is she and she was like she's not feeling ok I said why ? She said
She's experiencing some kinda abdominal pain
And she made me know this has been happening for few hours so I was like did she take anything that could have cause stomach upset she was like no not at all then I said it definitely her Menses pain she insist it not so I have no choice that to leave the issue there and continue to other conversations

Then what baffles me was that waking up the second day she made same complain but she said the pain as reduced
The third day too same complain

So I told her that at this point am getting uncomfortable and worried with the pain she's experience coupled with the fact that she's still a very young teenager that it looks strange to me that the only thing that i know that could cause this is when she's close to her menses

And she replied that no it not that "as she is she can experience the abdominal pain for 3 days a week or 2 straight week" and that anytime are menses is close once she doesn't not take anything sugary she would not experience the pain

Now my question is
What could cause this kind of consistent abdominal pain (which is definitely not a menses pain) for a very young gal and what can she do about it

Sorry my post is too long but any form of help and advice will be appreciated

I discovered that I had pile during my secondary School days (2014). I didn't even know this has been on me for long, until I went to defecate with a friend of mine in the bush. Immediately he saw that red flesh coming out on my anus. He shouted "What is this!!". That was when I knew I had PILE.

I told my mum about this. She said she noticed something like that from the day I was given birth to. She said, she didn't keep quiet, and she asked the nurses what was in my anus. The nurses replied that, "it is normal" That it will still leave there. Now, I am in my twenties. This thing is now paining me seriously. In fact , I can't defecate easily.

Please, nurses and doctors in the house, come to my aid.

Note: I noticed that, I ejaculate within 3 to 4 mins during sex. I don't know maybe it's because of the pile?

Also, I have used and inserted some drugs (Anosoid or so, I can't really remember it spelling) recommended by a general hospital doctor yet, this thing is still stubborn. I have also visited Alagbo (herbal). In fact, The money wasted can't just be mentioned.

I am typing this with the little strength within my body system.

I have been a victim of this dangerous bloody pile since 2009. This year seems the toughest, I normally see blood in my stool from time to time but in the last three days... I don't just see blood in my stool but while I'm standing or seating on my butt.

It's something like a woman menstruating; the flow is similar to the women's monthly period.

My trousers soaked and it stains anything I sat on... Okada seat, car seat and office chair. It's embarrassing.

Please help me... Temperature is not normal as I type this.

I'll be glad to get positive response asap.

There are many lessons we can learn by observing. I’m learning from a group I belong to, do let me know if it’s useful for you.

1. Have a point. In other to be an effective pencil, you head cannot be dull, it needs to be sharp and pointed to make clear marks. If you want to make a clear mark, have a point. Narrow down your life to your why and stay on the point.
2. Be versatile. Pens can’t write upside down, require gravity, and may not work on the moon. Pencils can work everywhere. In any position they are, they get the job done. Be like that, you don’t have to be the head or in charge to make things work, make things work because you are a part of the team.
3. What counts is on the inside. A pencil has a black lead on the inside, everything else is to hold the lead together. Value your inside more than your outside. Don’t join them to measure your life by the things that are seen and temporal, value yourself by your core values, and who you are becoming.
4. Erase Mi#2stakes. Pencils usually come with erasers, unlike pens. You are bound to make mistakes, you however also have the power to correct them, and make them better.
5. Expect Sharpening. You will experience a painful sharpening from 22 to time, but you’ll need it to become a better pencil. Those experiences that don’t kill you, make you better.
6. You can’t do it alone. You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in someone’s hand.
