My broilers stocked on January 8 from Sayed (Ross 308 according to their breed.) They refused to grow big but instead grew more feathers. Only two are just over-weight and not tall. I even placed a cockerel close so show their sizes.
Please, Ogas in the house, what could be wrong? Can they grow bigger for Easter sales? I need your input.

Your feeding pattern might be the issue.
Just buy Ultima or supreme feed + ADAMINOLYTE WSP (vitamins- to increase their appetite).

For now we are focusing on layers (egg production)

As for broilers I am not really sure we would still continue with it even during festive period as raw materials for feed continues to increase.

We would increase productivity in other aspect we have cat fish too.

poultry biz in during non-festive is really profitable if you have the right connection, you sell your birds at 6-7wks and Stock every 3wks.
Christmas time is really competitive, but if you can get link to those that sells to ShopRite and other eateries during normal timesyou will enjoy the biz.
you will cover if you have the right connection to sell sell 3k to 5k birds a year

since you've not done your clearance, there's nothing like student Visa for you except you will don an under grad course. do a little research on O1visa that's your best bet although it might cost you much.
me, I'm also a 2018 absu alumni. I'm preparing my self for O1 visa.

Apart from tourist visa, any other visa that gives you the privilege to stay in the US for at least 3yrs can lead to GC if you work hard {adjusting status}, although it will take a long time.

For the cat fish we dug a concrete pit but the casting was not done properly and unfortunately as we poured 1000 fingerlings inside it all the water drained out and the 1000 cat fishes died.

We really felt bad but decided not to give up so the man who got the fingerlings from told us about 5000 litres tanks and we decided to get two.

there's no permanent way of chasing them than just keeping your surroundings clean and removing this that attracts them like ; palm fruit/oil, pouring waste food close to ur pen(especially soup,rice, stew).

whenever you see outside ur pen chase them with hot water, fuel or burn plastic on them.

whenever they are inside mix 'klin detergent' with water+kerosene.
