I am working on creating my own marketing agency and also drop ship. I intend on starting local on both the agency and drop shipping before going international my only set back is start up capital but I believe I will overcome it. |

6: Drop shipping: Yes drop shipping you may have been hearing about it and how expensive it is to start one but here is an alternative. My case story: I have contact of importers of fashion wears (shoes, bags and sandals) what I do is to add my cost and seek for buyers through digital marketing (I'm a digital marketer and a chatbot developer) advertise the products on my chatbot running Facebook ad and using my timeline and Facebook story and WhatsApp story to promote to my friends and followers, once order comes in I forward their details to the importers to ship the products from their warehouse to the person's location. Two options of shipping, waybill or home delivery, my friends pay on delivery others pay before delivery. As a beginner the profits are small at the beginning I had no profit because I was chasing credibility and trust from satisfied customers through their testimonies. As a hub for conversation and sales, your prospects are checking out your Facebook Business Page looking at your: Response time Posting activity Review ratings In this post, we’ll be tackling the right strategy for using Facebook Messenger bots (specifically ManyChat) to help you generate more customer reviews and social proof on your Facebook Business Page. This strategy can help your Facebook Business Page to skyrocket with five-star reviews in just 24 hours! Reviews can make or break a sale, so let’s walk through this campaign, the bot setup, and overall strategy so you can start generating customer reviews and closing more sales! Generate Customer Reviews Step 1: Campaign Goal For this campaign, the goal was simple. Increase reviews on your Facebook Business page from your current Messenger Subscriber list, Email list or Page Followers. By doing this, You would also be gaining more exposure to other content previously posted on your page. Generate Customer Reviews Step 2: Setup Your Bot in ManyChat The next step is to get your bot built out with the entire flow. This is what the final bot will look like. Select the Text option and enter your copy. This can be something simple like: “Hey FIRST NAME, I need your help… Can you answer a quick question for me? How would you rate my business page? 1 (star) being poor and 5 (stars) being AWESOME! In this situation, we are not going to add a button, this is where we will need to use quick replies. Quick replies force the user to pick only one option. Unlike a button, they can select multiple options over and over. Once you have the five options setup with quick replies, you will need to have five separate messages created to send back to the user after they select one of the five options, make sense? Remember to keep this fun! I recommend using emoji’s where you can. They draw attention and give your bot more of a personality. Now for 1 and 2-star answers, which hopefully you won’t receive, you can create a message with a Text Block that says… “Damn FIRST NAME, I have completely failed your expectations and I apologize for that. If there is anything I can do to help change your mind and fix this, please let me know right away! I look forward to receiving your feedback below.” This accomplishes two things: It’s genuine and human. Even though this is a Messenger bot, it still has a human feeling. A real concern about your audience and the level of your content. It gives the user a chance to voice their concern and reason for giving you one star. And then you would be able to take their feedback and apply it to your business and make improvements. (If the “Damn” intro is a little too aggressive for your audience, change it up! This should be totally in your voice and have the personality you want your business known for!” For the 2 star review, use the same message, so you can just copy and paste it. Easy enough. For the 3 star option, go with a slightly different message, but the same objective as above. Three stars are average, so I still wanted to connect with my audience and see where I can improve. I still want to gain valuable feedback from the user here. Now we can move on to the 4 and 5-star ratings. This is where the real magic starts to happen! Generate Customer Reviews Step 3: Asking For a Written Review For anyone who gave you a four Write a slightly different message of encouragement thanking them and but don't send them to your business page. On five star review, you will ask them to leave a written review on your Facebook Business Page and provide them with a link straight to the review section on Facebook. You want to make it as easy as possible for the user to do what you are asking, so make sure the link goes straight to the review page, not just a link to your business page. In the first Text Block, you have to show excitement and gratitude for the five-star review and let them know you will keep doing what you're doing. You also want to take advantage of the timing. Your audience has just told you how much they like and appreciate your content. (This will also apply to your products/services.) This is the perfect time to ask your audience to leave a review on your Facebook Business Page. Let’s take a look at how to set this up. The text block is the same as above, but we want to make sure we use a Button, not a Quick Reply. For this setup, we will use two Text Blocks and one Button. It’s important to use a button so we can easily direct the user to the review section on our Facebook page. You can accomplish this by using a button and selecting the “Open Website” option shown option. Paste the URL to the review section in the “Website Address” field as shown. This will direct anyone who uses it straight to the review section so they can easily leave a five-star review! And that’s it. You have just created your first Customer Review Bot! Now as with any flow you create, you want to make sure you test it. This can be down by using the Preview button in the top right corner of your Manychat bot account. Once you test the Flow and are happy with it, make sure you Publish it so it goes live. Generate Customer Reviews Step 4: Strategy For Digital Marketers This strategy you can use to implement the Customer Review Bot was to send it out to your audience on the 12th day of a value based sequence. The idea here was that after delivering 7 or more days of value to your audience (this could be blog posts, videos, podcasts, YouTube videos), you would ask them how they liked your content. You wanted to capture the thoughts of your audience, making your content better and generate the customer reviews you needed to gain more exposure for your business. You can copy this same strategy, use this in a Facebook post with a Ref URL link to the Review Bot or develop your own strategy depending on how you think your audience would respond best to this request. Or copy this same strategy to the list you build on your Email for your Email marketing campaign with Ref Url of your chatbot included on your message. The whole idea here is to build customer reviews of your products/services that will grow your leads, sales and revenue with Messenger Marketing. But before blasting a cold audience (audience that has not interacted with your bot for more than 24hours) you send them what is called subscription broadcast something like "Hey Mike we are introducing new products to our store we will like to introduce it to you" then you give them option buttons of yes and no once they click yes you send them message that include link to your sales page. Digital products like eBook or video course you add them to a sequence when they become subscribers everyday you send them value added messages like free case studies on your website until the last day of the sequence when you will direct them to your sales page by then they must have trust your sense of judgment on the particular online business you are selling to them and they will happily buy from you or pay for your mentoring. |

So reward them by encouraging them to spread the word! During the holiday season, give your most loyal customers a reward or discount. 5: Encourage customers to give and spread the love (Buy 1 get 1 Offer) Perhaps you can even set up a referral system, where bringing another person gets you a free product/service or a free gift or a special discount. The more people they bring, the more they save, and the more traffic your business gets! Remember to keep it within the theme for it to make sense. When customers see something holiday themed and limited-time only, they’re more impulsive on their purchase behaviour.
