No Sir... The ones I posted are not brand new. A brand new goes for much higher. Laptops are very expensive now, a brand new Intel Pentium goes for about 190k right now. Getting a UK used core 2 duo laptop from Dubai costs 37k without shipping and custom fees.... If you'd be getting a laptop with a solid GPU (midrange gaming type), it'd have to come at a premium.
