I really did a lot of things oh my dear . I still take 2 tbsp of both 3 times a day with worm water first thing in the morning bfor breakfast and last thing befor bed and castor oil compress .I bought the vitex from the contact I posted few days ago pls check. reduce meat , no millo, dairy product, no sugar instead u take honey. I even 1/4 lemon not lime oh in the water I take, and some times I put 2tbsp of Acv in a jug of water which I will take every now and then throughout the day. whatever u r taking pray over it and command it to work for you .The God who can do the impossible can do it for you.

yes its the same but I advice u add vitex cos its an alternative to clomid it balances hormone . God will answer us.

@ Hotmomma , sorry for your scan result .have u hard about Black strap Molases and apple cider venigar before ? they are used for fibroid and cysts am a living testimony of this two supliments and also vitex. I have had a very bad experience with fibroid in the uterus and and the fundus but I thank God for using this two supliments to shrink them . I bought BSM(#6000) and ASV(#4000) .am still taking them u can also try

you can also get vitex from her.I will advise anybody ttc to try vitex .

yes its effective but I advise that u also take vitex along with it. God will answer us this year.

@ bekee I don't know but the one I am using labeled swason passion maca but it will increase or hips oh .just contact that number cos they sell supliments she will know better.

@ummtwins2 I can't remember cos I bought it with other things from Lagos . I bought 2 bottles and I don't think I will finish it cos its making my hips big and I don't like that cos I already have . I will take it like twice a week then the vitex every day.
