Rocksqueen You tried, but how can you watch BBA till 1am, you need rest ooo, no stress yourself jare, we need at least 6hrs of sleep per day. DH refused going to multichoice office to renew our subscription, since bank refused accepting money, l know l would have been guilty too. Mstia I bought it N470 at Maga Plaza in Victoria Island. I wl try the mixture i.e honey and cinnamon tomorow morning to know how it taste. The cinnamon can be used as spice for your dishes like curry. |

However, even if u eaty heathy try to control ur portion. And add fruits to ur meal. Carry go! We are all missing seanbell she usually raise alarm when she sees unhealthy food. Bukleluv With clomid l usually hv scanty period that I will be very confused, I end up with negative test when I test. But it puts my mind at rest. I have read more on it..never knew Zinc and B6 can reduce the levels... @All with high prolactin Foods rich in Zinc B6 and high in protein are recommended for increasing dopamine, which inveritable reduces prolactin levels. e.g green vegetables, banana, apple, watermelon, avocado, beans etc. Do you research and you will be glad you did. |

Slimplemmie l will advise you first start seeing a gynea.. dont do the HSG without having a gynea who will interpret and follow up with you. Again, you may be asked to do it again if you eventually start seeing a gynea. My advice, get a gynea first, he will be the one to recommend tests. HSG is not the first line of fertility treatment, he must have done one or two treatments, if no result he may then recommedn HSG. After HSG, antibotics will be recommended, and its only your gynea that will do this. BTW.. This your shorthand writing is hard to read ooo my opinion shaa, hope u are not angry, l try hard to read ur post![]() |

Slimphemmie I unfortunately don't hv any gynea referal for you but make sure u are not using crystal specialist hospital at that akowonjo road. I hv nasty exp with them, same with two other pple I know. They don't hv exp gynea unless they just got one. |
