Can you give us idea of the cost of a plot of land in the estate and the size of the plot in square meters meanwhile if there is any trusted source one can deal with I will appreciate , am interested in acquiring a plot you can reach me may be by email: emudltd@yahoo.com |
The experience I had abroad marvelled me, you know the Europeans its one man one woman always cuddlled together, constantly pecking each other even in buses and trains, when a lay man looks and sees all this he will believe that the men don't cheat, my finding is that European men even cheap more than African.men, just give me.man any space you will find him in brothel, the Benin babes in Europe there number one customer is the married European men so what am saying I'm essence is to quote my Pastor that it takes only a REGENERATED man not to cheap on his wife, that is can only be achieved with the help of the Holy spirit |
Paulosky1900:You must be a very wicked man to say such a thing never happened. This something that I have even the video right in my phone. Please always say what you know politics apart please |
fiizznation:Shot your mouth who is Tony Nwoye what is his anticidents, where has he worked before. APGA and Willie Obiano all the way |
Glory be to God for sparing your live. |
Waoo nice to see that Bobo Fred Ajudua is now a big boy cut Lawyer. |
Thank God this revelation is coming from World Bank President so now no body will claim bias. I pity the Yorubas that supported this man to come into power. The Igbos knew who Buhari is and dissociated themselves from day one. 2019 is here if only the whole South can unite for once and vote out this bigot |
We don't want PDP corruption to infiltrate Anambra again neither do we want Lier Mohammed APC to ingest us with Propaganda . APGA all the way Obiano is doing well and must be supported. We don't want kidnappers back in Anambra. Security alone is more than enough for Obiano to be returned for second tenure, I don't know why human being forget so fast the position of Anambra in security before Obiano came. |
Glory be to God |
Obiano the action Governor we support you for second tenure. Anambra the most secured state in Nigeria. The primary job of governance is security of lives and properties and every other things shall follow. No more kidnapping and violent crimes in Anambra courtesy of Obiano. APGA all the way. Vote APGA on 18th November 2017 |
Igbo women and beauty are like 5 and 6 |
Saint Buhari here you are people are busy making billions under your watch. What can you tell us about the $26b Usd could it be your 2019 reelection fund? |
Why all this hate for a whole ethnic group with over fifty million population. If it's a white man we all will call him a racist see what you are saying about your fellow countrymen. May God forgive you uote author=Rossikki post=60695314]In 2017 these backward fools are still using pencil and biro to write on placards. It only takes a few minutes to create printed placards or they don't have printers in the East?
|
Your imaginary Obi legacy does not exist anywhere in Anambra. Can you mention any Legacy project that Obi left in Anambra. What and what did he do for us in Nnewi. It is Lady Etiaba that did few roads when she was in charge in Anambra for just a few months. All the roads Peter built without drainage are washed away. We from the south cannot be deceived by same Peter Obi in the name of seeking 20b naira from Onanze. Nwanne wake up. Obiano we know he has to complete this second term so that power can come back to Anambra South. Btw obiano time up,by Dr. Henry Obaze is the incoming Anambra governor, the peter obi legacy must be built upon, obiano failed in that aspect. Enough of his ugu exportation noise, what about the two hungry female chinese cooks he hired and paraded as investors who are going to built anambra airport, a governor of 1 million MOUs, a governor allergic to inviting julius berger to build quality roads, a governor clueless about urban renewalization of Awka and onitsha, no new industry attracted to anambra like obi brought sabmiller, innoson etc, a governor who abandoned Nnewi completely, Anambra deserves better. Dr Henry Obaze will clean up the mess and built a new Anambra state.
|
THE GODFATHER'S GAME PLAN REVEALED. I was with Chief Peter Obi in Ohio, United State of America in March this year and as usual the discussion moved to politics in Nigeria, I noticed he is angry each time Anambra State is mentioned in our discussion. That made me to hit out and ask him a point blank question. Chief do you have any regrets as a former Governor of Anambra State? I was horrified as Chief Peter Obi convulsed as a man hit by a stray bullet in the head. He could not talk for about thirty seconds then he said. " I am a business man and my recent business venture in Anambra State government house failed because the man I assisted to become governor refused to pay me my seven billion" He continued. This is the biggest mistake I have made in my life as a business man. If I had known that he will not play ball, I would have insisted on Obaze. This statements shocked me because by mere looking at him making those statements, I saw a man in serious pain and regrets. Then I asked him some questions which made him to look even more miserable, Your Excellency, how will you feel if he had paid you seven billion and he could not pay salaries knowing full well that you increased the workforce of Anambra State by seven thousand (7,000) workers a month before your handover? Also, if he had paid you seven billion and because of that, he could not handle the security of the state, how will you feel when violent crimes overtake the state? These question jolted Peter and he thundered back. I do not care. His security and salary payment can go to blazes. I need my money and that is all. I was amazed and surprised at the same time. Here is a former governor so mad when issues concerning his state is been discussed because his successor is doing well. That discussion hit me like a tornado. That discussion made me to reflect on what Fayose said on Saturday last week, August 26th to be precise. He promised not to leave any project for his successor. I am aware Peter Obi left over 130 roads as abandoned projects in Anambra State before he hand over to Obiano, yet the man did not complain. He employed over seven thousand workers a month to his handover, still Obiano did not complain. Read this link and you will understand why I am not happy with the stand Peter Obi took.So many sectors has abandoned project when Peter handed over government to his successor. Read more: https://www.naij.com/1122324-despite-nigerias-economic-recession-i-wont-leave-abandoned-projects-ekiti-fa.html I am aware that Gov. Willie Obiano has done very well in changing Anambra’s notorious tag as the theater of crime and criminality in Nigeria’s south-east. He launched an all-out war against kidnappers, violent armed robberies, drug-dealers and child-traffickers. The governor donated dozens of cars and trucks to the police, a gunboat to the Navy and a helicopter to the police. In keeping with his promise to Anambrarians, Chief. Obiano has built and maintained many roads and bridges in this state. Three flyovers have been built in Awka. He has also built two bridges and a five-Cell culvert in Awgbu-Ndiukwuenu-Awa-Ufuma axis. The administration has asphalted over one hundred roads in Anambra State. Anambra under Chief Obiano increased the salary of workers by 15 per cent in 2015 at a time when many states were looking for bailouts. He has since cleared the N1.9 billion arrears of salaries owed the State Water Corporation staff as well as the approximately N1 billion pension owed Local Government retirees inherited by his administration. Gov. Willie Obiano’s administration in the last two years has made attempts at changing urban transportation in Anambra State by initiating the modern mass transit scheme that covers the three major cities in the state with 200 brand new taxis and 40 luxurious buses. This was followed up by the construction of modern bus stops and bus terminals in strategic parts of the state. This initiative was recently expanded to include marine transport with 24 Speedboats and Water Ambulances and one Gunboat for the Nigerian Navy. The idea is to open access to the riverine communities in the state and ensure that no part of the state is cut off. Also, his success in agriculture is unparalleled. All these achievements would not be possible if Obiano had given Peter Obi seven billion Naira from Anambra State treasury. I like Peter Obi but on this his stand of seven billion from the treasury of the state, I totally disagree with him. Anambra needs all the resources it can gather to move the state forward. I won't support evil simply because Peter is my friend. Samuel O. Maduka Cleveland, Ohio. |

It amazes why the Yoruba always find Igbo offensive, always in defence of the north that has over 200 tribes yet all speak with one voice Here in the south we are not United at all inspite of our education. Any day the Igbos and the Yorubas will speak with one voice that is why this country will move forward. Am looking forward to that day. |
Than God no live was lost but this trailer drivers are constituting serious nuisance in this country and waisting innocent lives on daily basis. God save us from them |

On a lighter note I wish I was still single I would have loved to.marry you, I love babes that has vision.and and ambitious, good luck |
Am seriously amazed at the response of fellow Narragansett in this forum on this particular topic of heaven itches that quite a lot of people here are may be atheist because even the Moslems believe there is heaven and hail like wise every Christian for people to contradict this two major religious believe shows that sosomething is wrong somewhere. Youths of this country you have a duty to embrace God and believe what his word says and for those that even claim there is no God I wonder where that perception. Is coming from.because eleven.in.African traditional religion they still believe that there is a superior power somewhere. Give your life to Christ, believe his words, obey Him and watch your life turnaround for good. |
Sometimes it baffles me the level of hate that still exist among the we the young generations of Nigeria. How on earth can this country be one, if after 50+ of independence the youths are still seriously engulfed in tribalism. In this forum I have come to understand that the so called one Nigeria is a mere English expression, can anybody tell me the difference between what we see as tribal comments in this forum and Racism. Too bad, just watching in 3D |
So 24 people are holding a whole country of over 170 million people to ransome, too bad for this country. Licensed 24 criminals used as conduit pipe to siphone our national treasury. GMB pls kindly remove pms subsidy we dont want it any more. |
