you can't cure Hep B, it's a virus. You get it for life. You can only delay how much it destroys your liver by avoiding alcohol or anything that puts great strain on your liver. You can also treat it with Antiviral drugs, but it's just like HIV, it will only suppress but not cure.

Sorry to ask this but; if Hepatitis B can be transmitted so easily then why aren't a lot of people dying from this disease? It was only until 2017 that Hep B started getting this much awareness, right around the time a vaccine was found, could it be the company is trying to make money through scare-mongering? I mean, you can get it from kissing someone or having sex with them, that mean a very large number of peeps are living with Hep B yet we don't see death caused by Hep B or is it just the lack of Autopsy in Nigeria?

It's not as if Nigeria is fighting a war like in the case of Syria, but yet, people die in large numbers everyday. I now understand why some people want Nigeria to be split. Honestly, i'm ashamed to say this but Nigeria shouldn't exist.

What can I do in other to breath with my nose? I've had stuffy nose since I was a kid and have been breathing through my mouth. Having my mouth open over the years and an inadequate amount of oxygen intake has resulted in so many irreversible damages to my face (sloopy forehead, etc) and internal anatomy. How can I get rid of stuffy nose once and for all? sometimes I feel I'm not suppose to be alive because how can I continue living while breathing manually everyday? It's so exhausting and depressing. In summary, my nose is just a useless chunk of flesh in front of my face; it does nothing. Sometimes I look at people who breath with their nose and I envy them; so effortless, so unaware of the fact that they are breathing, come rain come sunshine they always breath fine. Nigeria really tried for a team that young, but what bothers me is why Argentina was so dominant in our box? Does it have anything to do with confidence or Football IQ, those guys spent a good number of minutes in our yard box passing the ball around and creating chances, but we just defended all through and I must say, when we were on attack mode (which was rare) we really took advantage of every opportunity. Also, great freekick right there, didn't expect that. We did alright, it's better this way, France would have been too much for us.

When something tragic happens to someone, they are usually placed on Suicide watch (Even though it's not directly called "suicide watch" having people around to support you is also a means of sucide watch because - for some people, if they grieve alone, they might take their life because their sadness might overshadow them.
