Also I wish Bally is nominated for Eviction this Week, along with Marvis and Bisola! I really want Bally's popularity to be tested and revealed!

Very useless ego.
I pity the women that have allowed the society brainwash them into thinking women hate themselves. That's where issues like this come from, you naturally become uptight around a female boss. Women are very sensitive, she feels it and launches a counter-attack.

Why won't some females be unhappy, when only them cook, clean, prepare kids for school. Maybe the husband na community dick on top_ her emotions will be flying all around grin.
Paperlace na wa for you o grin grin

I like your guts tho, it's good

But how man matter enter this thing na
The topic was about female bosses.
But now ego and community dick has entered the topic lol cheesy

Na true you talk
Men need to know when to control their ego so it doesn't affect their progress
But its a woman who opened this thread, and it has been women complaining, and even in real life, women complain too

So where does male ego come in here?

Or do women have "male ego" ?

And your conclusions are a based on what? A survey? Or a bunch of whiny people who can't deal with having a woman as a boss?

People are bad bosses because they are bad people, not because of their gender.
So you are telling me that the multitude of women who complain about their female bosses can't deal with having a female as a bosshuh
Which kind reasoning be this? huh

I repeat, in Nigeria here, on the average, female bosses are more terrible than the male bosses (there are good ones too tho)

And a good number of those complaining are women, so what are you sayinghuh

I understand your point but just because something is given to you does not mean that need to accept it. Especially when it clearly does not work in your favor.

There are more peasants than emirs. The people of the north have shown a peculiar willingness to kill southerners and infidels for the pettiest of reasons (such as comments made about beauty contests or cartoons drawn in Denmark) then why do they refuse to force their useless leaders to feel their wrath? Why can't they use that same violence to bring about real change to their society?
It's the orientation

Hopefully they will change for the better

mmsen:
He lied that the colonial policy is the reason for a lack of education in the north.

They rejected anything that might lead people to question Islam so there were fewer mission schools established in the north. That wasn't because of the colonial powers, that was the northern elite working against the interests of the society (as per usual).

That they couldn't find a way to ensure that their people were formally educated without of their own accord is a damning indictment of the northern power structure.
In a way he was right
A colonial policy indeed was in place.
Sanusi made mention of it one time

ABOKI9ja:
I might agree with his point. As a Northerner and Hausa by tribe I will like to share Northern's view on Leadership Of Nigeria Based on my Understanding. More than average of total population of Northerners are scare of any Southerner to Becomes president, Because of too much hate and Descrimination from the Southerners which is means there will be more Consequences whenever Southerner climbs number one seat. For Example, During Jonathan everyone knows Jonathan did not fought well on Boko Haram and its even politically Empowered by Him. If you to Judge fairly you know South hates North very much for Example, its hardly to find Northerner that owns House or land in south but if you come to The North you will be Suprised to find thousands of Southerners that own lands, Houses, and some of them are even in the Government. We treat them like our own people we do Business with them we employ them we give them Right to own Businesses we sometimes prefer to do Business with them than our own people and all we need from them is only to respect our Religion and Tribe Because these two things come first before everything.
Thank God we dont talk too much we only do action and we dont care about what Southern media are saying.
We might be a Prloblem to Nigeria as South and the only Solution is to let every Region go it own way
Note: I only say my opinion and yours might vary from mine
@Aboki
Whoever told you that all southerners hate you guys is lying to you.
we don't hate each other in the real sense of it.
It is Northern + Southern politicians that are deceiving us

All these hate spewed and yet you couldn't state the truth why many people want him out. His making out with Bisola is not the only reason (i.e if it's the reading at all) some people want him out. Team Bisola are not the only people wanting him to leave. On this thread alone I can point out people from Team Efe, Team Debie-Rise, Team Tboss and even Team Bassey that don't like him. And the reason they have is not because of making out with Bisola. They range from his denial of his family, to wishing his family dead, to his scheming and manipulative ways. And for some like Team Efe, his betrayal. Even Bisola has said he's using her for his game, so Bisola fans will definitely not like him. I've seen some Tboss fans on Twitter cussing him out for going near Tboss and still being with Bisola.

His talents or entertainment value was never in doubt, and I wish he survives, but don't go about blaming Bisola for TTT's woes. If Tony leaves today he's the architect of his downfall. Bisola was bashed severally after the BJ shît. Even single mothers association of Nigeria criticized her publicly. So both have had their fare share of criticisms, just that while the 'emotional' or 'moralist' Nigerians can tolerate Bisola's_fuck-ups, same can't be said for TTT.

You're calling her a whore_ out of the bitterness of your heart not because she's one. You're calling her a whore_ because you can't stand the fact that people love her despite her transgressions. If she had aborted that child you'd have called her a murderer. If Bisola who's single is a whore_, what about a married man that wished his family dead and did the making out with Bisola? What about a married man that denied his daughter, Denied his family? What is he? the son of God?

You ladies are truly your worst enemies.
Don't mind the woman.

Chai, women donot suffer!

I read through all the complaints from those whining against their female bosses and wondered what would have happened if the boss was a man. Nobody would even notice and of these 'faults'.

My former boss was a man and it was the worst 5 working years of my life. From sexual harassment, to insults, degradation, even making me cook for him when his chef is away. I was a young school leaver, my first job, so I thought it was normal.

That was until I changed jobs and a woman was my boss. I never knew it was possible to close on your closing time, not to work on weekends and actually feel happy to be going to work. She is a wonderful person and though strict, she is very professional and sensitive as a boss.

All the people claiming having a female boss is a 'no no' are just being silly. As if you even had a choice!
I can't dispute your experience tho, but I will tell you that in Nigeria here o, on the average, female bosses are more terrible than male bosses. They are good ones on both sides tho.

And many women (and men too) complaining about female bosses in our country is no coincidence.

Just saying

I also believe in gender equality, I would want a fair chance at anything for my may-have daughter and my nieces as well. But they have to understand if you want to be heard and more importantly taken serious, you best leave your emotions at the door.

Circumstances in life has dictated various inclinations people would take on to even if possibly they may exhibit same acts. To then refuse to see this is setting oneself a victim of such fate/acts. Because he/she has refused to see what matters but what is being bandied around.

Male or female, this life is not easy for anybody. It's only wisdom that is profitable to direct.
Very insightful words

Women seem to find it hard to keep their emotions in check, and it costs them a lot sometimes.
This world is not run on emotions/sentiment, but is a mean and nasty place

I believe in gender equality(you can call me a feminist) but many ladies(most especially the feminists) don't even know what they really want in life. They are very dynamic and indecisive, this 21st century is a joke to me.This afternoon I was viewing the Miami beach party thread by @explorers,I noticed something;the ladies were avoiding the thread. The few ladies who posted were offtrack, most of them were beating around the bush.

I was really annoyed with some of them this afternoon(especially the self proclaimed moralists and righteous). Many Africans are hypocrites wallowing in abject poverty and bigotry.

Bisola has finally disclosed what happened upstairs with Tony, she said Tony was trying to convince her that they connected but she told him that he's into Tboss and that Tony has even told her(Bisola) to help him tell Tboss which she(Bisola) did. She also told him to go and meet his crush downstairs, guess that was why Baba came downstairs depressed cos there's Red Sea in the front and Egyptian army at the back.
