30 year old identical twins, Anna and Lucy DeCinque were born
one minute apart and have always shared everything they have.
They share the same bed, wear the same clothes and even share
one boyfriend. These twins are so identical that when they
attended a game show in Japan, facial technology was used to try
to tell them apart but it failed thus giving them the title of world's
most identical twins.
Despite this inability to differentiate both of them, they have both
undergone facial reconstruction to look the same, spending almost $145,000 in the process.

Now the twins are taking their closeness to the next level: They
plan to get pregnant at the same time, by the same guy, their
boyfriend Ben Byrne, who is 32 years old and also a twin, but not

She said: “If I got pregnant Lucy would definitely get pregnant

Seriously though I wanted to become an astronut,the stars, planetry systems, alien civiliazations and space have always facinated me(by the way I do believe we are not alone in the universe). So I went and read engineering as a precusor to going to space. Now I go to VI everyday to my banking job(which is kinda like space considering the huge void it creates in my life). So until the astronut thing works out(and I'm now 31 by the way incase you hear of space faring vacancies), thank God for women!

The Biometric Verification Number project
commissioned by the Central Bank of Nigeria
(CBN), in conjunction with the Bankers Committee,
would be ending tomorrow, with 21 million
registered customers recorded.
However, with the registration ongoing until
October 31, The Guardian investigations showed
that bank customers were more about linking their
accounts to the BVN than fresh enrollment.
Specifically, in a visit to 18 branches of 10 different
banks in the industry in Amuwo-Odofin Local
Government Area and nearby environs, only 45
customers cumulatively were recorded, while more
than two-third of them came to link their accounts
with the BVN obtained from another bank where
they also have accounts.
Expectedly, the next phase would be the
enforcement of the prescribed sanctions, which
include non-access to accounts until compliance
and restriction from foreign exchange transactions.
The apex bank had extended the registration period
by three months after the initial deadline of June
30, 2015, providing more time and facilities to
enhance seamless enrolment.
An analysis of the trend in registration showed that
as at October 25, 20.8 million bank customers have
enrolled, compared to 19 million as at July 30.
Meanwhile, CBN said that given the assessed
tradition of multiple accounts holding by an
average Nigerian, which could be conservatively
estimated at about two or three per account holder,
it could be safely assumed that over 40 million
accounts might have been enrolled to BVN.
Still, the development is raising another question
over the depth of the financial inclusion initiative,
as the BVN project may be showing that only little
above 21 million Nigerians have a formal account
with banks.

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), has said that about 3000 refugees are still at the Nigerian border with Cameroon following insurgents attack in the North Eastern part of Nigeria.

Confirming the number to Naij.com, the director general of the agency, Muhammad Sidi speaking in Mubi, Adamawa state said the refugees are undergoing registration and profiling before their relocation to Mubi and further transportation to Borno state.

Sidi who was in the company of Borno state deputy governor, Zannah Mustapha, said his visit is focused on strengthening the operation of the agency on the ground.

He revealed that the agency is collaborating with the Borno government in transporting its indigenes who were displaced by insurgency. Some other refugees received by Nigerian authorities are camped at the border between Nigeria and Cameroon.

Over 2000 Internally Displaced Persons have been transported so far to safer locations in Mubi while 600 of the refugees have been transported back to Borno.

Meanwhile, the federal government has reacted to a letter by a social activist, Kayode Ogundamisi, over the terrible conditions and alleged corrupt activities going on in internal displaced camps in Borno state.

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) has revealed that 160,000 Nigerians have left the North East region of Nigeria to seek refuge in neighbouring countries, mainly Niger, Chad and Cameroun.
