Seriously Akwa Ibom state especially the next administration needs to look into developing its tourism potentials take a look at the pictures of the beautiful beaches at eket and ibeno axis. those are one of a kind, and is just awaiting prime investments to turn it into a tourist heaven.

below is a picture of Akpabio inspecting the project some yrs back the building is quite advanced but the state govt seems to have abandoned the project.

^^^nice, love the Septa Energy investment in Aks ,this investment has single handedly prepared grounds for industrialization in the state. All that the state govt. need to do, or subsequent govt need to do is site industrial estates at Ikot abasi axis where both Gas and the Ibom power plant will power the estates, and another one at eket and oron/mbo axis where the gas station and the mobils 500mw plant can power such estates.

no you are not getting it right Akwa ibom governors had vision prior to akpabio, Akpabio has fulfilled some of those visions and many more need to be actualized like industrialization, deep seaport, upgrade of state university, etc

If you have substantive fact/contribution other than to deny the facts about Akpabio's transformational leadership lay it bare,stop this redundant arguments.

Since you claim to be a proud ibibio son show your patriotism on this Akwa ibom thread.
Do you have anything Positive or Negative to showcase about akwa ibom post it here, If you are just a critic post your constructive criticism here too, so the administration can learn from you if they do look at this page. or you can just stop commenting the choice is yours.

the reason I feel insulted is because, it is comments from pple like u dat give strangers d errorneous impression dat Akwa ibom land & its peoples just actually emerged 4m a state of a dark-jungle, doldrums, deprivation, lack n underdevelopment which supposedly existed b4 d advent of this administration in 2007, and therefore all thanks must go to godswill akpabio (their MESSIAH).

and i could also say you are paid to sully gov. Akpabio based on your comment how will you feel about that?

by the way akpabio has liberated Akwa Ibom from underdevelopment and bad roads and poor infrastructure that littered the state. FACT say it and shame the devil.
