Obviously OP doesn't grab the whole idea of honeymooning. It isn't necessarily for making babies; it's simply supposed to be a period of vacation....time for them to spend 'alone'. There's the possibility of intimacy without the plan of conception by the way, so i don't get where all these talk of home building blah is coming from. But then even if a couple decides to conceive in a hotel room, car, beach hell wherever, i doubt they tell the child where the deed was done n don't believe it affects the baby in anyway. Now get rid of ur paranoia and go have a lil fun.

wiegraf: I'm not following you, in what sense do you mean? Aren't laws dependent largely by society's whims? Or are you talking about something else?
aren't we speaking about good/evil, right/wrong??
I'm referring to the kinda laws that dictate killing is bad, stealing is wrong etc. We weren't fashioned to form opinions on our own from birth, but have been gradually taught based on the standpoint of the law.
d prob is that we're too carnal for spiritual things.
ok,wat if i told u that pre-marital se`x is spiritually dangerous?
d fact dt nothing is happenin physically does nt make it safe, only d fearful n luvd ones are shown things n saved...
ahhh now it's a question of the spiritual. Do you go about living ur life in fear that the next place u enter may have been defiled by evil? How often do u perform ritual purifications then? Lol who's to say ur house(that has been lived in by someone else) doesn't have traces of negative energy (going by ur point)? Or that the land u erect ur building on hasn't been used in the past as a shrine? Do u get my drift now?

wiegraf: I wonder if we can settle on this: would every conscious species assert that there is the concept of good and evil? This goes beyond recripocity and kinship, as in, being good just to attain immediate gain.
If they were looking beyond kinships, would they all subscribe to some higher purpose? Theists may tell you this purpose is whatever god they subscribe to. Others could say simply the preservation of life.

Edit: put in another way, would every conscious being with emotion agree there's a moral good/bad? Can we say that is objective? So long as there's an emotional consciousness present, then there's moral good and bad? If so, is the problem determining what is good and what is bad? Is that the subjective bit?
the law was placed to give us a sense of good and evil, there's nothing subjective about that.
Christianity Etc › Re: Is Morality Subjective Or Objective by UjSizzle(f): 5:10pm On Nov 26, 2012
Objective in the sense that we don't automatically have a sense of right and wrong as we're born, but right from childhood our thought pattern and actions are shaped from what's inherent in our immediate environment.
Sometimes though we may be trained to believe what's wrong is right n what right is actually wrong; then subjectivity may come in if by chance through our interaction with the outside world(ie other agents of socialization) we eventually learn something different(as is bound to happen) and decide to form our own opinions and feelings based on our own interpretation.

Crown Prince: I can sense a tone of hatred in your post. Thank God I am not wooing you
You sense wrong, hate too strong an emotion to waste on NL n too hard a word to use on someone who hasn't wronged me.
I'm just slightly pissed that the dude shrugged off this same idea when it was presented by another Nlander so arrogantly calling it 'pointless' and is suddenly calling it a 'great idea'.
