Android and Windows phone have different OS (as the names imply). You can find some similar apps in the store of both OS, but Andy's got more.
I think htc, samsung and nexus will give you good android mobile devices.
For windows, everyone (or almost everyone) goes with the lumia.

For Cortana. Change your region to USA. Then set your language to English, USA. And turn on Location on your device.

To attach documents to mail. Go to your documents, hold down the file you want to send, select share, choose your service (gmail, ymail, Hmail etc). Document will be attached to the email of your choice and you can proceed to type your message.

American law allows equal rights for homosexuals. Nigerian law doesn't.
No one has said the former is allowed to enforce their wills on the latter, nor have I said our lawmakers are inferior to the Americans.
All I am saying is let the Americans live as they choose. We have a zillion and one things to worry about in this country, things our constitution hasn't made provision for (unlike gay rights). Say, how horrible network services are in this country? That's what I'd rather hype and give attention. It doesn't have to sit well with you or anybody.

Good people observe and preach adherence to what the law states, bad people violate or condole it and they receive their rewards as stated in the law. If you saw someone kill another person, would you keep your mouth shut for self preservation or speak out so justice can be duly served?

But the United States' constitution is the supreme law governing their land, just as the Nigerian constitution is ours. So how again do you expect that our law supercedes theirs?

These people have existed for as long as we've known. You can try taking away this voice they've found for themselves which basically does not solve the problem. You can tell them they're commiting a sin in the eyes of your God, and watch them either ask who this God is or choose to stop serving him. Or you can express your opinion bearing in mind how human they are too; lost maybe, but no less humans. And you can move on with your life, train your children right and hope that they make the right choices when they're old enough.

OP I don't see what's heartbreaking about this situation. You've always known she had an away-boify. Then there was you. Now she's going back to wherever boify1 is located and you're heartbroken? I'm lost-- perhaps I don't understand the meaning of heartbreak anymore.
If she says she won't be going back to the other guy then tell her to break up with him officially. Not the regular drifting apart thing; she has to say the words to him.
Then you keep in touch with her. Call, text, visit her once in a while and ask how she's doing. If you feel you can trust her then you should, unless she gives you a reason not to.
