according to the pension act 2004...your monthly pension contribution is being paid by you the employee and the employer...you(employee) pays 7.5% of your monthly basic salary while the employer pays 7.5% of the same basic salary from his own account on your behalf.(equal amount by employee and employer
but by the new pension act 2014, employee pays 8% while the employer pays 10%

Besides, is pension the best assured long term investment plan?
Though it's probably the cheapest investment with respect to projected income upon maturity but the risks especially in an unstable economy is just too big to ignore

But in reality it doesnt work like that.

Please who do you report a case whereby your company hasn't remitted your pension for over 6months now? I need answers because this is a pressing case at hand.

Dude you can want/need a high paying job like we all do but may not be qualified for one hence the need to be realistic with your expectations.

Sometimes you need to look beyond the salary but instead pay attention to the whole package on offer to see if it matches your career aspirations.

Are they offering you opportunities to learn and develop by way of investment in your career
Do they have flexibility surrounding working hours?
Have they got generous A/L entitlement?
Do they have structured opportunity for lateral and/or upward movement?

Those are the key criterion you should be using in deciding your career move

As for the wifey thing, I already made the mistake a long time ago, that's not ''wifing'' my university girlfriend, I mean that was the only girl that saw me for who I really was then, when I was just a young lad with virtually almost nothing. I wonder how I ll be able to correct that one.

The thing is most of my friends in oil and gas were recently dropped. As lucrative as the offer its still not a permanent position, but the pay per month is still higher than the other offer I have which is a full staff job.

Also, about the lady, thing is there's no1 serious at the moment, and I certainly cannot take an unserious lady to her.

Yes my phone and sd card always appear, but the prob is that whenever i copy whatever i want from the sd card to paste it on my system, it wont paste.
