If you had been reading my post on this issue and you still write this way then one of this two things is at play.
1...Is either you deliberately ignore the reality and become judgemental because you want to be Politically correct.

2.. Comprehension is the problem.


You just affirmed my earlier stand by saying the crooks at LG sells wedding certificates,
if you admitted that there are racketeering in this issue then the authenthicities of what he presented can not be said to be fake or original by anyone here except stated by the concern authority (UKVI) which fortunately has not earn him any punishment.
it is then assume that the Wedding certificate is real until proven otherwise which is just my own point.

People are suggesting he should write a cover letter that the wedding cert is not real,what if it turned out that eco had verified it to be original in his last application?
The implications is simply that there would have been another evidence to concludes that anything coming out of registry is fake.
I suggested to him that he should get hold of the certificate from the agent or the details,he should go to where the certificate is purportedly register and found out the status before knowing what to do,how is that criminal? how does that amount to issuing fake divorce certificate?
You guy's need to read with open mind before coming judgemental

Go there and see how they Trade these things,just a trip to any of the LG registry and see things for yourself,he go shock you say to get witness and signee no dey difficult.,Abi no be all these your council workers? these hungry lot's?
It is so convenient for you to push him to submit a cover letter since you won't be the one to be banned.
You do not need to agree with my points,let the Op go with your suggestion of Writing a Cover letter for submission and report back to house how it pans out.

Based on his post, the certificate is fake and I am assuming the record is not available in any registry, how then will he be able to approach for divorce? but he has lied to UKVI on his previous application.

During the biometrics when you noticed he added a marriage cert you didnt ask him to include, why didnt you tackle the issue immediately with a letter?
When filling the form online, did the agent select filling as third party on behalf of you? Or filling as applicant? If it was as third party, you may have some hope but something tells me that you are well aware of this scheme

Just so you know, if you intend getting married in the UK, You’ll need to prove that you're divorced before you can get married.
Note to everyone: Please always triple check your applications before submission to be sure that there are no errors, inaccuracies or omissions even when an "experienced" agent fills it for you.

It's when you are going to join a citizen abroad permanently they cn ask for all those story

The agent was trying to create home tie for you when he was applying for your visit visa last time...
Make sure the same name of the wife used on your visit visa application is used when filling your tier 4 visa... no lèlè

Being married does not affect your chances of getting your tier 4 visa
...just maintain you are married and that you are not traveling with your spouse so that you don't have to go and falsify another divorce papers....i doubt the embassy will ask you for marriage certificate as a guy..

I applied for a UK visitors visa in 2021 and got refused twice... During the time for my biometrics last year, I noticed that my agent included a marriage certificate ( which I didn't ask him to include). Now,I have gained admission to study in the UK and I want to apply for my ATAS certificate... They demand for my spouses information for the application.. My question now is ' SHOULD I MAINTAIN THAT I AM MARRIED AS THE AGENT HAS SAID IN MY APPLICATION LAST YEAR OR SHOULD I SAY I AM SINGLE'? would this pose any threat to my study visa application?... Pls I need your help guys.. Thank you

UKVI will ask you for more evidence if you say you are married,and if you say you’re single,they will ask why you lied,but the question now is are you married or still single??
