Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has vowed that Ireti Kingibe, Senator representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), won’t return to the senate in 2027.


He was reacting to an earlier claim by the senator that FCT residents were not impressed with Wike’s performance.

Kingibe, who featured as a guest on Arise TV, alleged that Wike is out of touch with the needs of FCT residents.

According to her, the FCT has no schools, no hospitals and lacks potable water.

The Arewa Youth Consultative Forum (AYCF) has declared that the Nnamdi Kanu-led Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) will lose if a referendum to decide Biafra is conducted.

A journalist in Atar Communication, owners of Liberty TV/Radio, was reportedly found dead on Wednesday in Abuja, five days after he was declared missing.

Joel Waksi, an On-Air Personality (OAP) in the media outfit, was said to have left office around 9pm on Friday and was expected to report back to duty by 2pm the following day at the Mpape office of the station.
