Christianity EtcRe: Why Are There So Many Atheists In Nigeria Nowadays? by Ukutsgp(m): 8:36pm On Sep 14, 2014
logicboy01: Religion has failed Nigeria. Our pastors are hypocrite adulterers, tithe scammers and frauds. Government had to order churches not to try ebola miracle healings. We have boko haram and Almajiris destroying the north. Religious preachers preaching ignorance from the pulpit. Politicians stealing and plundering, yet offered the front seat at churches.

Actually, Europe has progressed beyond God. When the European saw the Ebola, they made protocols to prevent an epidemic. Fools in Nigeria were busy praying and paying tithes until it spread from Liberia.

God is not self evident. The sun itself is self evident- no one argues that the sun doesnt exists.
u are just ranting. keep deceiving urself.
Christianity EtcRe: If A Christian Dies Unbaptize Will The Person Go To Hell ? by Ukutsgp(m): 8:28pm On Sep 14, 2014
Ubenedictus: not exactly true, augustine believed that the "unbaptised" infant has no personal sin so God won't send him hell. He also belived that the infant still had a nature of sin so he is unclean for heaven.... Because of these issues augustine believed that God's mercy and compassion will cause the unbaptised infant to arrive at a place of natural joy and happiness, a paradise, only of a lesser glory to those who were in christ. He believed that all will be judged according to their works since the infant has no works it meant a leser glory. He called this state of natural happiness "limbo".

On the issue of an "unbaptised christian". I which to clarify that i believe that it is when we are baptised that we are added into the body of Christ, in essence we become christians when we are baptised, so there is no such thing as an unbaptised christian, the technical term for someone who is trying to practice christianity but isn't yet baptised is "catecumen".
I believe that they may saved by the mercy of God who applies the merits of the death of Christ unto them.
false doctrine spotted. first u dnt baptise an infant.

ayogabriel: which is what? Left to me individual are the one to decide what is morally right or not, be it fact or not. Let us leave religion out of this. Fine it doesn't justify a mother who doesn't have means of taking care of a baby aborting the baby so as not to bring the baby into the world unable to take care of the baby, because to her it will rather make life worse not only for her but punishing the baby, how ever you fail to see it from this angle, remember let us not put religion into this. My conclusion is that, you were probably born into a christian home, so based on what you are taught and seen, it is wrong, but don't fail to see it that some people don't buy the whole religion thing, so what will you say about this people. Last last, the concept of free will that was bestowed onto man kind is the best thing that has happen to us, it is also as a result of this that the world is in chao.
my friend u cant remove religion from this. i believe in God and what he has said in his word. even doctors knows that abortion is murder. even if we remove religion, u cant cant still prove that abortion is nt the termination of life. even the atheist cannot dispute this fact.

how did i make myself the judge when d fact is there?
Christianity EtcRe: Abortion=murder by Ukutsgp(op): 6:58pm On Sep 14, 2014
It is false to claim that no one knows when life
begins and dishonest to argue that abortion does
not kill a human being.
Every new life begins at conception. This is an
irrefutable fact of biology. It is true for animals
and true for humans. When considered alongside
the law of biogenesis – that every species
reproduces after its own kind – we can draw only
one conclusion in regard to abortion. No matter
what the circumstances of conception, no matter
how far along in the pregnancy, abortion always
ends the life of an individual human being. Every
honest abortion advocate concedes this simple
fact.
Christianity EtcRe: Abortion=murder by Ukutsgp(op): 6:30pm On Sep 14, 2014
ayogabriel: Ermmmm...... You fail to address the issue were the mother's life is at stake, also other issues relating to the justification of this act.
If it is going to kill the mother while growing
inside, its a different story altogether as it
depends on individualistic opinions on whether to
save the mother or the baby, so don't use that as
an excuse saying that abortion is NOT murder.
Also, it is not the same as an organ, that's just
plain stupid.
There are many reason for aborting the foetus
that are recommended by doctors, governments
even, but, if it is done for your convenience IT IS
MURDER, because that's not an excuse enough. I
can kill my neighbour tomorrow because he is a
nuisance and I don't need all that right now with
my life, isn't that MURDER? Well, abortion is
more likely the same thing.

Christianity EtcRe: Abortion=murder by Ukutsgp(op): 6:07pm On Sep 14, 2014
The definition of murder in the
Merriam-Webster dictionary is:
mur·der
/ˈmərdər/
Noun
The unlawful premeditated killing of one human
being by another.
Verb
Kill (someone) unlawfully and with premeditation.
And I, personally, believe that abortions are
exactly that. The umbilical cord (the fetus' life
line) is cut, the fetus is then killed and
dismembered. That, ladies and gentleman, is
what you call murder. What if that happened to a
full grown human? It would cause an outrage; the
media would be all over it. Though despite that, if
it is done to an unborn fetus, to some it is
perfectly fine.
Murder often happens for reasons (ie: war, mafia,
etc.) But with abortions, there is absolutely no
reason for the death and murder of the fetus. The
unborn child has done no wrong and has had its
future stolen from it. Abortions literally disgust
me. Whether you want the baby or not, I do not
understand how you could go through with the
act of murdering your child.
Christianity EtcAbortion=murder by Ukutsgp(op): 5:55pm On Sep 14, 2014
Abortion is murder. Abortion is basically killing a
innocent babe that is alive in it's mothers womb.
People try to say that the baby isn't alive and it's
totally unaware. But in reality its heart and brain
are the first things to develop. Not only does the
baby die but the mother feels the loss. This
should automatically tell you there is something
wrong with abortion. What if God decided that he
didn't want you to be born and killed you? Would
that be right? No of course not! So why would it
make sense to justify a mother killing her baby?
What if a mother had a baby prematurely and
decided she didn't want it? Would that be right? I
mean, some people get their babies killed at that
time. For these reasons I consider abortion wrong
and it is murder.
RomanceThere Would Be No Sex In Heaven. by Ukutsgp(op): 5:13pm On Sep 14, 2014
In Matthew 22, the Sadducees, in an
attempt to discredit Jesus, came to Him with a
question regarding marriage and the resurrection.
Jesus answered them with these words: “At the
resurrection people will neither marry nor be
given in marriage; they will be like the angels in
heaven” (verse 30). Jesus teaches here that
marriage is a relationship to be enjoyed in this
life, but it will not carry forward into the next life.
While we do not lose our identity in heaven ( Luke
16:23 ), we will not hold the same relationships
that we do on earth. Our existence will be quite
different from what we are used to here. The fact
that there is no marriage in heaven implies at
least two other things: 1) There will be no
procreation in heaven; the number of the
redeemed is set, and, with no death, there will be
no need to propagate the race. 2) There will be
no sexual intercourse in heaven. The appetites
and desires of this world will give way to higher
and infinitely more gratifying delights in the world
to come.
For centuries, the temple and its sacrifices were
at the heart of worship, but once Christ came and
offered Himself as the ultimate sacrifice, the
temple system and its sacrifices were no longer
needed ( John 4:22-23 ). They were “copies of the
heavenly things,” and the earthly temple was only
“a copy of the true one” in heaven ( Hebrews
9:23-24 ). In the same way, the marriage
relationship is a picture of our relationship with
Christ ( Ephesians 5:31-32 ). Once we are present
with Christ, the illustration will no longer be
needed. We will have the reality, which is far
better than any earthly representation. This is
why Jesus is called the Bridegroom, the Church is
called His Bride, and our celebration in heaven is
called the Wedding ( John 3:29 ; Matthew 22:1-14 ;
Revelation 19:7-9 ).

EducationWhy Is More Emphasis Placed On Paper Qualification In Nigeria. by Ukutsgp(op): 10:54am On Sep 13, 2014
Nigeria students are more concerned on how to acquire paper qualifications than skills that that can help them to solve practical problems in Nigeria. many of them graduate and goes from one place to another in search of job instead of creating one. that is why unemployment will remain the song in Nigeria until the needful is done. their thought is always to graduate and look for jobs everywhere and when there is none, some go into criminal activities.

let us nt lay emphasis on paper qualification alone instead we should strive to acquire relevant skills that can help us solve lingering problem in Nigeria and at the end create jobs for the teeming population in Nigeria.
