my dear, I haven't ooo cos I know baby isnt head down yet so don't want to waste money. Will do d next scan at 36-37wks, even d sex sef am no longer interested in knowing. I want a surprise baby.

ummhalimah , perfect arrangement. Talk to the school management or her class teacher and the creche teachers. They should be able to accommodate her in the creche till 4 or after 4pm. Some schools will require you to pay a little extra for keeping your child there. Offer to do so if need be.

Congrats o! God that did the miracle job will do for me o! I tap into the blessing why not change her school to the one close to your office? A school that runs creche till 4pm so you can easily pick her up when you close from the office.

ummhalimah , congratulations on your new job. More doors shall be opened unto you. Does the school offer after-school care? If they do , enrol your lo with them if not , i would suggest you get a creche service facility around your new office location and enrol her there.

For me , i prefer the latter suggestion because it will set your mind at rest knowing that both locations are close , you can pick her up when she closes and stays with you for a short time before you both go home. Government work is somehow family friendly.

thanks alot mamas, all the relatives around are working too and my husband's cousins that are helping me now are in secondary school as well that will soon resume and they close around 5pm. My husband has kicked against maid. I think her school has a crèche, will it be a good idea to have her taken to the crèche till 4pm? She just started the school last term and hubby says I should let her finish the year coz we paid lots of money on registration and uniforms. Am going to apply for mat leave by March so any arrangements is just for Jan and Feb.

I was also told that at 23 weeks. That it is low lying does not necessarily mean that your cervix is being blocked. It is pretty much dependent on baby's position at the time.

Mine was in a transverse lie and placenta was posterior/low lying.
Doc told me that it will move to its position as baby begins to prepare herself for delivery.

I would hear none of it. I got really worried because I was scared of placenta previa.

At some point, I contacted my friend who assured me that all will be normal. So I continued to declare positive over her.

When I went for scan at 25 weeks, the placenta had adjusted and it was a cephalic presentation, as opposed to transverse.

At 26 weeks, she was in longitudinal breech.

At 38 weeks scan, I got the kind of result every mom wishes for.

Please pray and try to be positive in your thinking. As I have carried mine in good health and Joy, so will you too.

Dunno if anyone has experienced this before. Went for my 23wks scan revealed that the placenta was posterior lying low- and I have googled which means the placenta is blocking the cervix. Although I was asked to come for another scan in 10weeks time. Any advice? Pls dont look and pass
