When they showed me the "sample" of womb n how an IUD wl stay inside, fear catch me o so i'm thinking i'd prefer arm implant sef but DH doesn't like the idea of piercing/cutting somebody's body to put something So now we'r still trying to decide which wld be preferable. We'r thinking 2-3yrs.

Lol. Experience varies even that won't help you. I may have used an IUCD and it didn't work for me while some other mamas use it and are fine. The things to note are:
* if you had trouble conceiving or are scared you might I don't advise a hormonal method
*if you are prone to being overweight and are not sure you can workout/watch your diet, stick with the non-hormonal method
*for how long do you want to space? If you're doing hormonal tant
*you can also do the 2/3 months injectables but that's if you have time to go regularly to renew. That one wears off faster sha
*agree whatever it is you choose with your partner

For me, I wanted something long term (at least 2 to 3 years), I didn't want anyone to put hand up my Vee cos I was barely 6 weeks pp, so an IUD was out, I have no weight problems (until I started eating like a thief) and I'm comfortable with hormonal methods - the arm implant was my choice and I have no issues with it so far (I've had it for almost a year)

I'm also waiting to get answers to this Although, i think you can get the answer at any nearest health center to you. The last time we went for immunisation, they were having an outreach and were ready to test anyone for free but i'm yet to decide on any method.

how are d twins n their siblings? I went to the hospital and they explained the different methods to me but I still can't decide which to choose that was why I thought mamas with first hand experience could share maybe that wld help me make up my mind. This thing don dey tey o n d fear of another baby is very real

Mummy Bee @ Beyedew thank God for u n baby's lives. May u continue to overcome. Wishing u a speedy recovery. Motherhood just brings out d strength u never knew u had; whenever I read that any mama on the thread had CS, I used to shiver inside say heeh, this thing wl be vry painful o "since I had never had any kind of surgical procedure done in my life but when they told DH n I that baby wld have to be brought out thru CS as blood was pouring like waterfall out of me cos of placenta previa, I didn't even remember to fear or think twice when I told them to bring my baby out. Even while lying on d surgical table n I was asked to pray before I was knocked out I was vry calm, jst focused on d goal...my live n healthy baby. I actually told DH to let's do it in the morning against later in the evening suggested by d Doc. The Doc wanted to wait some hrs n administer a second dose of steroid to mature baby's lung (she was 35wks) so she wldnt require NICU stay but I told DH we had to keep FAITH that our baby wld be fine n be able to breathe on her own without any assistance. All I could think abt was my baby cos I knew every second counts. N thank God she Ws perfectly healthy with no need for any incubator or anything. We went home 2 days later. may God reward our labor of love n make these children the coolness of our eyes. E nor easy rara
