Benignasweety babies are considered term n safe to birth from 37wks, I had my son at 37w1day n he was as fit as a fiddle. Still is....but I guess u'r considering an underlying personal issue. Whatever it is, may God ease ur affairs n give ur pregnancy journey a happy ending inshaAllaah. Ur little one shall bring u joy forever. Ameen.

Please for mamas that did/doing bitterleaf therapy, did you purge? I read here that it makes one to purge. I started mine yesterday but i haven't purged, i just want to be sure im doing it right by blending it with water before filtering and drinking though it wasn't really bitter like i thought.

Maybe not seriously purge but it shld loosen ur stool. Hp d water u blended it with wasn't much? It shld be very little so d juice can be very concentrated.

I went, I saw and I conquered, Jehovah overdo was on my case on full alert. My princes came on Feb 26th at 5: 25am , and 6 : 30am weighing 1.8kg and 2.65kg at 37wks without tear and a defeated devil. Bs later, team march I don port o, congrats to the mamas that has dropped and may God see the remaining mamas tru.

My Prince charming landed 27th February weighing 4.4kg via emergency C-section after been in active Labour for 24hours. He just said let me save mummy cochie for being destroyed. She needs it to kpekus for younger ones.

Birth story will come later. For now let me admire the beautiful handiwork of God.

Jazzyjazz n Florena 3m n 7m ke? abeg do resume o hian! It's nt that painful o. for me, it was 3wks n I dnt remember any pain except the pepperish sensation n that only happened the first two times. N oh heavens! The place was so wet maybe cos it wasn't long after delivery, n I guess d reason for d zero pain too....a little later, story changed o cos the place seemed to become tighter than pre-pregnancy sef n libido went on strike until I weaned before I started feeling smthing small small n now it seems we'r back with team #libidoonstrike. Do start, no let cobwebs block the place for Daddy Ilan

Cutiereborn bodies differ. Lactation may or may not affect conception. In my own case, my son nursed for abt 15m n belle no mistake enter even for once, even though kpekus resumed exactly 3wks postpartum; EBF for 6m, n since I birthed him, no AF until 14m+ maybe cos I reduced daytime nursing. 19days after that first AF, I saw another one (even though jst for a day so I didn't consider it to be real AF) but still, I weaned DS that night n got religious with my "cabbage therapy " + detox for 2 days n that same month (Jan) I conceived. It happened same way d cycle I conceived DS too, I tried d "cabbage therapy" (cos I used to have fluid come out of my boobs when pressed) + detox (with a couple of supplements). N like u, i'd been taking folic acid some months prior....so u see, it could all be coincidental but who knows? Lactation could be preventing conception for me. I mentioned it late last year that my Mum used to be same way too; no AF while breastfeeding, but AF wld resume immediately she weans n she wld take in that same cycle if no precautions taken. So, in my experience I think there could be a correlation. Bodies differ. U cld check with ur Gynae.

It's raw; jst like in salad only that it's jst cabbage, nothing added. U eat as much as u can first thing in the morning n give it time to digest before having breakfast. U can search d TTC thread for it. Baby dust sis

Hi sis. Even as u'r taking those medication, Y don't u try d natural method of eating cabbage? Cabbage on empty stomach i.e first thing in d morning n last thing at night. I did it d cycle I conceived my son after ttcing for 12 cycles...combined with a couple of other things sha. I used to have clear fluid come out of my boobs when pressed. I did the cabbage therapy again as I was abt weaning my son n I conceived again that same month....which never happened even for once since I gave birth. My son nursed for 15m+. I believe it's all God's timing though but a trial can't hurt. And whatever u'r doing, keep taking folic acid + vit. E; very good for fertility. I wish u all the best....fertility blessings.

WIDD = What I Did Differently
Really, I wasn't able to do much since it was my first AF postpartum n I didn't know when to expect it but this is how the cycle went:
I have been taking folic acid for maybe 5months now or so, even though nt regular. Because I initially planned to wean DS Dec ending, I started the cabbage therapy (nt so regularly too).....until I bled again on Jan 6th(then I weaned DS that night) which I thought was d start of a new cycle so I started detox with bitters last thing at night + cabbage n bitterleaf first thing in d morning + cabbage. I only detoxed for 2 days cos mamas here advised that I shld stop n watch since I was cramping on n off. But I tested frm CD26(counting frm d first bleeding) to CD31 n it was -ve so I gave up but decided nt to resume any detox until AF showed up again. While waiting I bought Fish oil supplement(with omega3) n vit. E in the hopes of jst getting my system in a balance in preparation for pregnancy. I continued with regular BD since I dnt even know how my cycle runs anymore ; my last AF was in Jan 2015. I added Bco n vit C only 2 days before I tested positive on CD48 even though my CL used to be 24-26days.
Now I'm nt certain any of d supplements(or even weaning) had anything to do with it but I strongly suggest regular use of Fish oil supplement (with omega3) AND/OR vit E + folic acid too; they'r very good for fertility.
Mamas pls pardon my very long epistle, jst wanted to be explicit. May God grant our wishes n put smiles on all of our faces very soon inshaAllaah. Ameen.

Even our emotional well-being affects fertility. I pray things get better especially with ur dh cos he's supposed to be ur backbone. May God restore calm in ur home. Amen
