He is talking about reciprocity, meaning if you are enjoying visa on arrival to Nigeria then Nigerians should enjoy the same privilege when entering your country. He is not asking any country to give Nigeria visa on arrival Western or not. Most Western countries citizens need a visa to enter Nigeria anyway so there is no issue of reciprocity try to read and understand.

I know what reciprocity means! The fact still remains that NO country will ever agree to reciprocate with Liegeria. That's NOT going to happen. So, he might as well STOP issuing visas to foreigners on arrival in that hopeless country.

Why do Liegerians like to lie even when telling the truth is the only option available to them and would even save their lives? Where in the deposition transcript did the Chicago State University (CSU) Registrar state that the FORGED diploma submitted to INEC by Presidiot E-Bola Tiefnubu, was certified by the university? Mr. Tiefnubu submitted a FORGED diploma to INEC as was clearly stated in the deposition transcript by the school's Registrar.

No country especially in the West will give Liegerians visa on arrival. It's NOT going to happen. Liegeria is a pariah state and no reasonable country will accede to the demand of granting your citizens visa on arrival.

It's so sad for a parent to lose a child and even worse when the loss is senseless and could have been prevented if you're actually in a country. But the annoying part is for the father of the deceased to adduce the death of his child to the will of GOD, hence -"We did not know that it was irreversible. If this incident had happened in a different country you can bet your life that the outcome would have been different. All I am trying to say is that until Liegerians STOP ascribing everything to GOD and either start putting the blame squarely where it belongs or take responsibility for their own actions, they will NEVER get out of this quagmire.

He also said, there was no record of Tiefnubu requesting a replacement for his supposedly lost diploma. So, anyone coming on here or any other place to defend the indefensible has LOST the right to complain about what is wrong with the useless and failed country because that individual is part of the problem.
