I used fake documents for a USA F1 visa. I faced legal punishments, and now I am clean. Can I apply for a visa again with all original documents?


You can apply but you will be refused. Once you commit misrepresentation (aka “lying”) to US immigration officials, you are banned for life from the United States. No one will stop you from applying but do not confuse the ability to apply with a presumption of approval. USCIS will happily take your money and the US consular officer will deny your application and see you sent on your way poorer in time and money.

You are finished with regard to the United States. You’re never coming back here. Waivers of inadmissibility are rarely granted and you’d be looking at a timeframe of decades to prove you’re not going to just lie again in the future.

Welcome to the world of consequences for actions. You’re about to learn that immigration violations are a “one strike and you’re out” type of thing with virtually no second chances. Handing over fake documents means you’ve earned your ban good and hard. Enjoy it. Oh, and write off Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand too. Lying to the USA is equivalent of lying to them too and they’ll deny you a visa for the exact same reason.

Giving me reasons to think this could have been arranged to boost the image of the President. We need more details...How were they rescued? any details from the kids? Who is the driver? Knowing these herdsmen would they have killed only the driver and set the test free? I doubt.

What I dont understand is the overexcitment by many here on the falling of Oando's share price. This is not what this forum should be about.

Instead of the lot to focus on other opportunities that abound, people just chose to focus on Oando even when they never traded the shares. Respect to the silent majority that have refused to join the bandwagon.

Discussing politics here will only create animosity amongst members that after the elections are over, people will be hating themselves and forget the purpose that brought us on this thread---investing.

We should kindly limit our discourse to investing in NSE and ensure to join political talks in other threads.

It is the political tension building up I am concerned about which is political and would affect the economy and affect investors not just talking about politics in general. Such talks should not result in insults or tribal sentiments. A lot could happen in the coming days. One oil giant at 7am this morning has asked all staff to work from home until further notice.

Politics determines the economy direction and not he other way around. Even the foreign investors make their decisions based on political situations...There is political tension building up in the country and we want to pretend it doesn't concern the market or we shouldn't talk about it. At this time T, the political situation should be of concern to every concerned investor and the talk here should be on how to position ourselves and not about insisting such talks should be directed elsewhere.

Ordinary flyover foundation is taking 10months to build at VGC. 10 whole months just for foundation of one flyover ramp. After the foundation they would probably spend another year to mount the beams. Everyday equipment charges are being incurred, construction equipment on standby, accruing funds for them. Once in a while one iron bender will climb up to straighten one rod and that is it for the day while Lagosians suffer in endless morning and evening traffic. In 10months Wike has built a kilometre flyover from foundation to finish. In less than 6 years same Wike has completed 10 flyovers. But here in Lagos Sanwo-Olu is performing so they say. At the end the VGC project will be recorded to have been built with 30billion.

Whatever any side may say, the fact remains this is the first time the car park is being fully tested following the compulsory parking of all commercial and private vehicles in the building. The building is now usually at maximum capacity....I really hope the expansion joints can manage the stresses....

When we should be projecting the best candidate for the development and greater good of Rivers State, Amaechi comes up with ethnic politics....And some comments here commend him because it concerns them. When Buhari does it at the Federal level we condemn him.
