If Isreal,with all its military power and backing of US and UK , has been fighting a small group of Hamas fighters for weeks now yet the death toll of children and civilians in Gaza keep mounting and Hamas Rockets firings into Israel have not stopped, so who is Isreal deceiving? Who is Isreal been killing for the past few weeks of bombing Gaza? Hamas still fired a lot of rockets into Southern Israel few hours ago!

If after this resolution, Isreal continues the bombing, there will be very serious and severe consequences against Israel. I pray it doesn't get to that. Check my signature for free stuffs!

General assembly vote doesn't mean shit, that's why UK and Russia vote yes to ceasefire

Few days ago, Russia voted no to ceasefire and UK also voted no and abstain in another resolution.

Nobody should preach morals to Israel.

Who takes general assembly voted seriously? Vote that won't change a thing.

Even the security council votes, as far as I remember, the last time the 15 members security council which includes P5+1 all voted yes to an issue of this magnitude was the imposing of a no fly zone in Libya that killed Gaddafi and Russia regretted it.

Nothing united inside UN, nobody can stop Israel from doing what they choose to do. There was even this vote on settlement expansion that even USA voted that Israel should stop, that didn't change a thing.

For those saying Russia and UK voted in favor of cease fire, for the record, UK has said it before that they stand with Israel in whatever they re doing. Russia as vetoed one of the ceasefire resolution brought forward few days back. So last last, international politics no be anybody mate, Russia will never go against Israel, they know general assembly vote doesn't mean a thing why they voted yes to ceasefire.
