That's not the real reason.FuBARAWO has serious case to answer with EFCC. and he can't leave Rivers State Government House for now to avoid being hosted in EFCC's guest house.

SIM has been going from LG to LG for youth support. If EFCC really wanted him, he would have been arrested. Remember, EFCC can only arrest and release Rivers government officials, they are not prosecuted.

A lady in UK has a class where she teaches rich people how to mingle with average and poor people.
