To change from default channel while on satellile navigate to right or left after which u can select d sat of ur choice. But as i've told u dat on dat Amos 5 u've gotten all u could wit dat ur mpeg 2 if u want more change ur receiver

seyizma: After checking through, I found out that i'm on KU band.



I'm using MyTV ,after inputting any of this 11881 v 27500 it turns green.AFter i scanned all i have are the former channels.And after going to check manual scan again,i found out that it has been reverted to the default 10722v27500

Ur receiver is mpeg 2 dat is why

Note dat d tp i have u is for Daarsat and can not turn green on ur receiver. Check ur tps or are u getting all those channels i made mentioned cos i don't think there's anyth wrong wit ur set up but ur receives is mpeg 2

With ur current position u can watch football on tv madagasca, Oromiya, stv2.ortb & rdv(only on epl match day). But if u want to enjoy it better get urself mpeg 4/HD And a bigger dish of at least 1.2m. Mind u, all these with respect to the opinion of my Ogas @ d top. Regards

seyizma: Decoder is strong 4663X and the dish pan is smaller than the normal dstv one

U are already on Amos 5 but what's the model of ur receiver? Anyways inpute 11008v30000

seyizma: The mytv dish is facing almost the same position as the dstv dish beside it.

should i then use the frequency above to get Amos5 without changing the position

Ussals: those cables connected to other rooms are nt supposed to be lnb signal cables, those are for extension usin rf, there should be a single one that comes directly from outside to d satellite knock out box if none, then u need to get one

thanks @ Ussals, although when i joined d lnb cable to d connected cables it brought signal but i tot it's not correct.

@Olenyi/Suleiman & others, kindly help. I was to instal 4 somebody but d electrician had already ran d cable, distributed it to all d rooms and joined them at a point separated d - & +. Pls how do i connect d lnb cable to d receiver and have it in d other points? Do i still need to make use of d rf out or how? Thanks.

Amos 5 - ku = 11881 v 27500; 11024 H 03333. Blindscan when you get them.


C band = 4054 H 27500


Intelsat 7/10 C = 4064 H 19850. Blindscan after.

@all ogas, kindly help me. I'v 1.3m strong pan dish of which i got aljazeera wit 75% - 80% but irib didn't click on my 4663. Also what is active tp for amos 5 and intelsat 7/10 c band. Thanks

After d installation yesterday i couldn't get daarsat package while consat and infinity package have signal but no audio or video. Is it dat 69xii can not carry d consat and infinity or it need to be upgraded. Gurus in the House kindly help.

Kindly help me with deeper life sat and their c band tps as well as saudi or islamic channels. I'v tried searching 4 it but gotten dat of 68e ku.
Is it also possible to track 13e, 10e, Azerspace , yahsat1, arabsat and some others of between 0 to 68.5e with 65cm and 90cm or do they require a very big dish of 1.8m to 4m? I want to improve myself but need some guide from u gurus. Lastly, can u pls refer me to the thread and page where c band installation was discussed? Thank a lot.
