TV/Movies / 6 Steps To Make An Animated Gif by upson89(m): 7:59pm On Dec 01, 2021
Gifs have taken the Internet by storm, and with their increasing popularity, more and more businesses are turning to gifs to help their content go viral. But just how easy is it to make an animated gif, anyway? Gif software used to be hard to find and expensive, but luckily, we now have plenty of free gif makers at our disposal that make it simple to create animated images of just about anything you’d like. With so many options out there, though, which one should you use? Here are 6 steps you can follow to choose the best gif maker for your business or personal use!

1) Pick an Image
The first step is to select an image. You can use a screenshot, a photo or even a funny face that you drew yourself. Whatever image you pick should be one that will make for a quick animation—if you’re going for humorous effect, look for something with high contrast and simple features so it doesn’t take too long for your viewers’ brains to process.

2) Save the File
Save your final image as a .gif file. There are a few different ways to do that. If you’re using Photoshop, simply go to File > Save for Web and change your Save as Type option under Image Quality to GIF. In MS Paint, click File > Save As... and then select Save as type: GIF Animation.

3) Import the Image
Depending on your tool of choice, you may have a step before getting started (for example, Photoshop requires you convert your image into a layer-based format). But once that’s taken care of, it’s time to get down to business. If you’re using Photoshop, grab your Lasso Tool and carefully outline what should be animated in each frame.

4) Create your Animation
The first step is creating your animation. If you plan on animating a still image, it will be easiest if you can find pictures that already have good contrast and colors. This way, you won’t have to spend as much time making sure that every part of your animation looks as great as possible. Animate it: The next step is animating your images and putting them into one file.

5) Export
To export a gif, you need to go into Photoshop’s preferences and set it up so that GIF is one of your file formats. Save: Once you’ve created your animated gif image, save it. Then make sure you change your save type from JPG or PNG back to GIF (it doesn’t matter what format it was before). Next add your extension .gif at the end.

6) Share
The first step in making your gif is simply getting your footage and importing it into a gif maker, like Gya zo or LICEcap. Once you have imported your video, you will then have to cut out all of your gif’s frames. This can get time-consuming if you have a lot of different sections in one clip; however, there are also tools that can automate parts of these processes, like Gya zo’s auto trimming tool.

Business / How To Brainstorm A Catchy Brand Name by upson89(m): 6:01am On Nov 29, 2021
A catchy brand name can mean the difference between success and failure in many industries. Whether you’re launching your own business or working on branding an established one, choosing the right name can be an incredibly difficult task to undertake alone. Thankfully, we’ve put together this guide to help you brainstorm catchy brand names that will turn heads and start conversations about your business (and you). Follow these 10 steps to come up with a company name that will make people remember yours.

When brainstorming

The best way to get out of a creative rut is to try different activities, including trying new spaces. Music can help too. If you’re still stuck after trying these tactics, consider asking for help from friends or hiring someone to assist with brainstorming. Finally, research your industry. This will not only give you new ideas, but it can also provide valuable insight into what direction your company should take.

Coming up with ideas

Are you ready to brainstorm? Then grab a piece of paper and start writing down everything that comes to mind. Write every brand name that springs to mind and don’t worry about making sense. (One of Apple’s early names was Freeside, which Steve Jobs revealed when giving his Stanford commencement speech in 2005.) As much as possible, don’t stop yourself from writing anything down. But make sure it is actually something people will say out loud! Think through words with multiple syllables or sounds, or those with spelling issues or associations with other brands. It can be difficult to create a word made up of three random letters—especially if it's an acronym, initialism or nonsense word—that is both easy for customers to say and remember. Nonsense words tend not to be memorable over time; besides, Google has a search function that allows users to search for a string of letters.

Narrow down your list

Before you start brainstorming, narrow down your list of ideas to just a few options. If you’re thinking of starting a small e-commerce store that sells baby clothes and accessories, don’t just think about baby brands. Think about anything and everything that has to do with babies: diapers, strollers, toys. Narrow it down even further by only considering names with two or three syllables—short names are easier to remember than long ones.

How you can get help from others

The key to getting help is to make it clear that you need assistance. People want to help if they see that you're putting in an effort, but if you just sit back and wait for things to happen, it's unlikely that people will step up. Instead, you should be proactive about reaching out for help.

Programming / Best Website To Create A Blog by upson89(m): 12:08pm On Nov 24, 2021
There are many good reasons to create a blog.

You may want to practice your writing, create a following, establish your brand, or use blogging as a marketing tool to increase site traffic. It’s also a great way to connect with like-minded people.

How do you choose the site to build your blog on?

There’s a wide choice of blogging platforms. The more choices there are, the harder it is to make up your mind.

To help you choose the right blogging platform for yourself, we will first talk about what to look for in a blogging solution. After that, we’ll examine the pros and cons of the 10 best blog sites.

Ready? Let’s get started.

How to Choose The Best Blogging Platform
For making a decision, it helps to know what you are looking for. As they say – if you don’t know where you are going, every way is the right way. Below are some categories to judge the candidates by:

Costs – An indispensable consideration. It’s not only important that your blogging platform of choice fits within your budget but what you also get for your money. A free offer is worth nothing if it doesn’t do what you need.
Beginner-friendliness – Beginners need a blogging solution that is easy to set up, manage, and doesn’t need coding skills to run. They also have to be able to find support when they run into trouble.
Features and extendability – Over time, your needs and requirements for your site will change. You might want to modify or overhaul the design, add features, or make other drastic changes. A good blogging platform needs to be able to accommodate that.
Maintenance – How much hands-on work does your blogging solution need? Does it take care of most of the activities and features for you, or do you have to do everything by hand? This will have a serious impact on your workflow.
Monetization options – Many people start a blog or website to eventually earn money. If that is your objective as well, you better choose a platform that enables you to do that in a way that works for you.
The weighing of the factors above will be different depending on your skills, goals, and requirements. Keep them in mind while we compare the best blogging platforms out there.
