Iran is negotiating from a position of power. They are essentially in the driving seat of this negotiation. Araghchi has said that the Strait of Hormuz is the sovereignty of Iran and Oman which can never be challenged and management of the Strait will never return to pre-war era.

So, if:

1. Iran is demanding $300bn (£225bn) from the US to end the war before they can open up the Strait of Hormuz that was never shut before the war.

2. Tehran continues to control strategic waterway (in collabo with Oman) generating almost $80billion a year which they weren't earning before the war.

3. Tehran continues its nuclear enrichment (as they rightly should).

Where is the win for bloodsucking warmongering America?

Your argument is flawed & not in tandem with reality.

1. Common sense should tell you that America will never pay Iran a dime for whatever reason, the Iranians already know this. They are only acting tough & issuing out unreasonable demands so as not to look like the sore losers that they really are

2. America's naval blockade has already rendered Iran's control over the Strait of Hormuz useless. No ship goes close to the strait without being turned back by the American navy. If no ship is allowed to pass through the strait because of the US naval blockade, how will Iran generate the $80b dollars a year? Who will they be charging to generate the money?

3. Their nuclear capabilities have been decimated to a very large extent by the combined Israeli & American airstrikes. Whatever is left is what they are leveraging on as bargaining chip. So far, US & Israel & even the EU & gulf Arab countries have been unequivocal in their demand that Iran should never be allowed to develop or possess nuclear capabilities because of their terroristic mindset & constant threat to Israel, US & their allies
Even Russia & China do not support a nuclear armed Iran.

How will Iran navigate through all these & develop nuclear weapons?

Remember that Israel & US have massive intelligence about Iran & are always ready & capable to strike at any hint of Iranian nuclear program.

You said his sister never told him he had it till he was told in the hospital, and he never showed the symptoms till he started the so-called Arewa drugs.

Are you saying he had the viral suppression before he started the 'Arewa drugs', that's why he never felt any symptoms prior to that?

If your answer to the above is Yes, then why is there any need for him to take ARV therapy since he can simply discontinue the 'Arewa drugs' , maintain healthy lifestyle & regain his viral suppression as he had been before the 'Arewa' drugs?

Or probably he had always been on ARV therapy since he was born, that's why he had viral suppression & no symptoms. He only experienced symptoms after he started taking those Arewa drugs & most likely dumped his ARV therapy for them?

In that case, there's no way he wouldn't have known his status till he had to be told in the hospital. From common sense, a boy cannot be taking a particular drug everyday since he was born & he'll never enquire what it's meant for (since the drugs are taken daily).

Why not shelve the idea of giving her money? Simply tell her you are not interested in her coming to cook for you.
But if you are not bold enough, look for a convenient reason so she doesn't feel offended, eg. Tell her that in your tradition, it is a taboo for you to eat food cooked by a female neighbor you are not married to or related to. Or tell her you have been placed on special diet & you can't eat what she's cooking.

Note: If she were in your shoes, she will be ruthless with her decisions without giving a damn about how you will feel. She'll easily tell you she doesn't want you to cook for her, & she'll never care to make it up to you by giving you money.
