these are great players that gave of 3 consecutive years of bliss so they deserve respect. but not at the expense of the fans agony.

I’m not part of ZidaneOut, but if Zidane does not accept rebuilding, then we need a new coach with more progressive idea and willingness to incorporate youngsters

Todays football is not just about incorporating youngsters.
you must win your matches ask Lampard. He played youngsters but kept loosing and got sacked.

The issue is Zidane not playing Youngsters when ist obvious we are trending into AC Milan Old Age saga.
And despite his obvious favoritism for certain players we kept loosing which does not justify his stupidity and/or stubbornness.

We desperately need rebuilding and he was the perfect person to do that without people raising much eyebrow.
2 season has gone by no sign of the team is being rebuilt and worse still we are playing like shit with thesame old heros we had.

He should just use the remaining matches of this season to give or playing time to hungry players and stop forcing us to watch hazards bumbum by force.

and YES we need a striker a new striker. Benzema is too late to be our saviour. Lets hope apari will realise that.

At the moment, I'm actually disappointed with Zidane's team management. He keeps relying on the same players over and over even when they don't always produce results. He signed a lot of youngsters who are expected to be given gametime so they can grow. If you assess the situation, there is need for rotation so that other players will get experience. Martin Odeergard, for instance, was brought back by Zidane for this season after cutting his loan spell short in Real Sociedad but he has hardly started matches or been substituted. His lack of gametime will affect his confidence and ability. He is a wonderful player who would thrive as a CAM or RW. He serves as a link between attack and midfield when playing and has an eye for playmaking passes and goals. It's very baffling that Zidane doesn't play him.

The RB position has not been stable due to Carvajal's injury absences and when that sort of situation occurs, the player to take his place should be Odriozola, a natural RB. However Zidane prefers to play Nacho and Vasquez who play different positions, CB and RW respectively. This choice has cost us especially in the Athletic Bilbao match where the two goals came from Vasquez's blunders. This lack of gametime would hamper Odriozola's development and move him away from the club.

Real Madrid also need to start using a different CF apart from Benzema every now and then because though he has stepped up to fill Ronaldo's shoes, he is noot consistent enough. Other strikers like Jovic, Mariano and Brahim should be given adequate gametime.

Hazard has obviously been a loss for the club in all aspects due to his lack of form and injuries and players who play better than him should be given the chance to play. I'm not saying he shouldn't play matches but other players should play when he doesn't meet expectations. A good example of such player is Vinicius Jnr. Though he isn't the best finisher in front of goal, he is able to break defences and with his blistering pace cause trouble for other teams and such attributes greatly improve the gameplay.

Fede Valverde should also be played from time to time so that he can improve. The Euros are coming up and all these youngsters need all the game time they can get so they can have a chance to be selected by their various National Teams.

In general, Zinedine Zidane should have more faith in his youngsters and give the more game time. He should stop making late substitutions and also should not be too reliant on inconsistent players in the squad. Players who leave Real Madrid play quite well in their other teams and some examples of such players are Reguilon, Brahim, Hakimi. Zidane should take a different approach to his personell management too so that Madrid can play better and be as feared as they were in the past.

P.S. I know some other factors like player conduct and their attitude off the pitch affect their standings in the club but that doesn't mean they shouldn't play.

All those players have been dealing with injuries and off field issues and we were on a run where we needed to really win games or risk going down and squad rotation would have fvcked up that momentum..

I am not even talking of squad rotation. i dont fancy it personally. Zidane ironically does it quite often.
the challenge is that when ZZ rotates some players get to see action while some for only God know why dont see any action.

Again, I say let him stick to what he loves doing. Those players too should for the sakes of their careers do what is best for themselves.
LV at some point had issues but ZZ stuck with him. Dude is now playing well. I hope Asesnsio for all its worth comes out fine. The opportunities given him at the expense of others should not be wasted.
