Compliment of the season from Panacea Concept.

After boarding the raft and putting the 3inches and 4inches plumbing pipes for conduit, we decided to cast the raft with this mixture:
Cement--¹/² bag
Sharp sand -3 or 4 buckets
Granite- 4 or 5 buckets
Water- 20 litres bucket.


The wood was removed the next day after casting the raft.

Hello Everybody,
-We used 4feets by 7inches ring which 1200 by 7 for ring.
- 7 by 7 ring for pillars

After digging we put a tick black nylon and did a concrete mixing and four inches on it.

We bought a tank for reservation of water and your generator must be available till they finished the work for pumping the water.

Holes is needed to channel the water to the tank.

Good day my people, We went ahead to do our pegging and digging of 400meter Or 16inches.

Since is just one storey building.
We will be using
IRON
16mm for Raft,column or pillars, decking or slab beem,fence pillars,and roof beem.

12mm- for slab, limited, Raft ,blinding base.

10mm- for all rings that joins all other irons.

WOOD

1 by 12- for Raft,slab or decking, pillars

1 by 9- for limited

1by 6- for limited and German Flor

2 by 3- for Raft, roofing,decking or slab

2 by 4 - for roofing

2 by 2 - for roofing ceiling

Hello Everybody,After collecting approval from lagos state, and also paying for safety materials such as helmet,boot,jacket and banner to Lagos state safety agency. We decided to do a borehole and create a wooden store house.


In construction, Water is very vital,it will be better we do a borehole that will provide water for workers to mix cement and soak tiles,rather than buying.

And it will also serve as the general borehole for the house.

Used the plate number vehicle to get the owner or the vehicle papers to search for the owner...

PEGGING,FOUNDATION:

The initial starting stage of every house is called Foundation. Foundation has so many stages, the first stage is called pegging, you will need 2 by 2 wood, 3 inches nail, and a labour to dig the floor of where the foundation of the house will be erected.

After pegging,you lay a nylon on the floor since it is a water lodge area and we are not doing pilling which is underground pillar,cement the floor the get your level.

Then the iron bender and Carpenter comes in, you will be needing 3 types of iron which are 10mm for rings,12mm for mat and slab,and window and doors linted, then 16mm for pillars, raft Beem, decking Beem and roof Beem, binding wire is very compulsory for joining the irons.

The carpenter will need either plywood or 1 by 12 Sumi wood for Foundation and 3inches nail with binding wire.

Granite 3/4 down stones, sharp SAnd, and cement will be needed to cast the foundation.

After purchasing the land and going to Lagos state for documentation and approval,the next thing is to start building.

After purchasing the land and be given the necessary documents such as survey plan, receipt, deed of agreement, allocation paper and if some other documents are available as well such as Omo oni ile receipt, C of O e.t.c.

There are 3 building agencies you need to visit when building houses in Lagos, such as;
1. Lagos state town planning.
2.Labsca.
3. Lagos state building testing materials.

#Osinbajo - back up by some northerners who wants the vice president post to eradicate that Tinubu elongation God fatherism, am having that feeling that Fayemi is Also trying to ignore Tinubu God fatherism after Senator Amosun has open the attitude door. My concern is that Ogun state people has benefitted from this #Nigeriapresidency, that mean other #southwestnigeria regions are slaves. While is it when election is near, this new policy that will increase the price of fuel per litre to 350naira is now coming up.. Seriously so many things going on my mind.
