Your project from the start was too cumbersomme(large) for a place like Nig, what you needed to focus on was renewable energy (lowcost) or Lowcost housing. Not both as you will not correctly allocate capital and be competitive at the same time.

As of now, i can produce solar power systems for 1bedroom flat for $1500. We assemble the cells into panels and we also make the inverters here, we only import the deepcycle battery.

So when you talkabout $10000 you should target the banks maybe they may need it to power their exchange servers or something keepup the goodwork,

@Cargoed, you never bother to read my original post dated February 17, 2007 talking about my ideal proposal of renewal energy low-cost housing with Nigeria currency dollars to be converted from USA dollars. This is old proposal in 2007. $10,000 for 3-bedroom under 1,000 square feet house---EVERYTHING RENEWAL ENERGY MATERIALS (not wooden, bricks, any other regular construction materials) including solar-wind turbine power(renewal-energy powered small-sized appliances such as refrigerate, tv, solar lightings, hybrid water power---heated/cold water)---all in one price READY TO OCCUPY TO LIVE!!!

House is lot smaller than USA housing, lot cheaper renewal energy house only!!! Less than 1,000 square feet, enough room for 3 people to live that house!!!!

Remember my proposal is old i created in 2007.

@VolvoS60, you were right that my proposal has not made progress as i dropped my ideal and didn't post any update anymore. Because i did do my homework researching on Africa that has already have many existing solar/wind energy distributors everywhere to be market toward African customers.

There are different type of people who make choices to choose using template or building website from scratch depend on their budget constrict to be afforded with.

If someone ask you a question, "Are you using template?", there is nothing wrong to set straightforward answering this question if I was in your shoe. Simply answer in a professional matter, "no, i don't use template, I don't like it very much, i rather to build website from scratch. This is my forte. If you prefer using template, then i suggest you to find someone else, not me! Thank you for asking me your question!"

If someone give you a compliment saying, "Wow what a nice web template you use". Simply answer, "thank you for compliment about my website!" Obviously this person recognizes what type of website you design without criticism or complaint.

A site review is a place where webmaster or web designer asking someone to give feedback them with a lot of constructive criticism in the quality of website improvement before going LAUNCHED PUBLIC.

Because of ease of addition, modification, and subtraction to feel attractive, functionality, and consistency using template designing. There are hundreds of e-books, tutorials, and video "how-to" template customizations out there.

It is HOTTEST TEMPLATES in the market right now!!! Now Web 2.0 templates already release new marketing already!

I agreed with yawa-ti-de using template to be modified to meet client's site needs upon their satisfactory.

Two months ago, my daughter at college-aged just traded in from light grey Ford Focus for dark grey-silvery Toyota Camry i think, i have no pay attention to what model/make my daughter has as long as I know this is Toyota because of brand icon easily recognized.


Reason she traded in is because first car (Ford Focus) is too small for her toddler child, want bigger car.

This is first invoice statement with email enclosed sending to Siena at that time coolfaced had told me that Siena was her business partner, you will see two names together: Wunmi and Siena on my invoice. It talked about the customized website design and premade template coolfaced does not know the difference i explained, as we shopped different template she want to purchase the right one for client of BLOCKED.

My point is that coolfaced is in charge of everything whatever she want, refused listen to me that i suggest her to use my website worksheet (checklist) gathering all needs info that would save our time knowing what the client want instead of searching online to shop template. That what webmaster is for to take charge of making decision to meet the client needs, not her. Webmaster is fully responsible to set domain name, manage hosting acct, and submit all info to the client for all copy in order to get started work on designing/development phrase, not her.

Coolfaced still don't get it!!!! That's why YIM conversations is timing consuming! Use website worksheet would be great helpful to be scanned via email file attachment to me in order to get started.

Unfortunately that I did not saved from Aug 8, 2008 to Sept 4, 2008 YIM conversations about Siena being partnership w/coolfaced to split job duty focusing on all-London based merchandises and all-USA based merchandises working on pinkequity.com. 

Only I have from Sept 5, 2008 thru Jun 2, 2009 YIM conversion recorded w/coolfaced/wumni.
