zandora: Yes you can change province but do know that Alberta will gain access to your file and see that you chose Ontario previously and as a result they may or may not reject you. I've seen instances where a province rejects an application because the applicant applied to a different province previously. @zandora, thank u. But this is fswp and not expressly entry. Can a province still reject me? Congrats on receiving ur ppr. |

zandora: Congrats! That's a good score. I don't think she should retake it unless you have spare funds to burn. I hope you're in the pool because you have a chance of being selected. Goodluck That's a good score. Don't bother her again. Say me congrats to her! |

zandora: You have to know someone in Canada to request it so they can send it to that person who'll in turn send it to you. My sister is in Canada so I just filled the consent form which consents that my info be released to her. Okay. Thanks a bunch. |

zandora: Really? I used Oanda for mine though with no problems because when I got my GCMS Notes it said funds okay that's why I suggested he should use it. I guess he could use bank rate too. @Zandora, I trust you are doing good. How can I have access to my GCMS Notes? Please assist. Good evening. |

akogun007: Hi People,
Does Accra VO accept online payment of RPRF for FSW 2014? Saw a post that AVO doesn't accept online payment, only bank drafts or Certified cheques in Ghanian ,US or Canadian currencies https://www.nairaland.com/1279130/canadian-federal-skilled-worker-program-timelines/98
I received my PPR mail today and I'm thinking of paying online because banks no longer accept cash deposit of foreign currency and I won't be able to raise the draft Hello bruv, Congrats. Could you please share your timelines? Good morning. |

twaj: Jesus the Way and co, I would advice that you guys should not deceive yourself on the necessity of ECA in getting through the Canadian immigration as a skilled worker either through the federal stream or PNP. Remember that even if you have provincial nomination, the final approval of your visa still lies with the VO/CIC, and at that stage you can not escape presenting your ECA.....be warned!!!. It is a standard requirement whether you are coming through provincial nomination or any other type of nomination.
Zandora...take it easy! There is no need to sign off.
Just to announce to the house.....I got my passport pickup mail yesterday...see you guys soon in Canada.
My timeline App received date - Oct 24th 2014 Per - Jan 22 2015 MR - July 24 2015 PPR - August 24 2015 Passport pickup mail - Sept 23 2015
Wishing the rest of us God's favour!!!!! Congrats. Well done. Glory be to God. |

labiz001: You should still be okay if the name of the recipient reflect in your statement of account then and also same name returning on the credit. You will only have to explain. You only have to make sure you submit a statement with duration covering both transactions even if it has to exceed 6 months
I have something similar. Though am fswp2014. My salary account was requested for 6 months and I have a large deposit about a month old from another company I do personal business with. The coy has however deposited in my account last in January which will not be inclusive of the 6 month requested. So I end up printing a year account (30 pages) so as to show previous ties with the coy and I got my MR two days after delivery to AVO.
I believe with same name on debit and credit you should be okay with a little explanation. BEST OF LUCK. @Labiz001, When did you complete your medicals? Have you heard from them since? Cheers. |

waleprizu: Great to be on Nairaland again after 5yrs (During my US Student Visa Interview preparation). The feeling is exhilarating. Nairaland is a great place to find resources and interact with people who are going through (or have gone through) the path one is planning to go through.
I am currently considering the EE under FSWP as a plan B for my career/life. This is a summary of my profile:
Age: 27 Status:Single IELTS: L: 8.5, R: 8.0, W: 8.5, S: 7.5 (Total: 8/9) Degree:I have a Masters Degree (About to complete a PhD in the states. Hence, my emphasis on EE being a plan B) Experience: 3-4yrs Classification: NOC 4012 Total CRS score: 481.
I am currently waiting for my ECA to be completed (waiting for UNILAG to send transcripts). I look forward to asking more questions and interacting with you guys. Nice one. I am sure u will not swim in the pool for long before you are "harvested" by Canada. Good morning. |

justwise: What is so secret about that question that needs private discussion? We are not attacking anybody you are the one seeing it as an attack.
And..this issue of PM for certain issues have been going on here for far too long and need to stop @justwise. Thank you. |

justwise: There is still hope for Nigeria with more people like you. Hello everybody, I think some people are taking this too far. I was the one who asked the question. Can we all cease fire. I think we have discussed this enough and we can focus on other issues. I am not an expert on immigration issues and I have come here to learn so much. I was deliberating between asking for an extension to allow the cheques to clear first or to just send the statement together with copies of the cheques that are yet to clear. I was confused and did not know what to do. Wait until you are in a state of confusion like that. Just stop attacking people. We are all hear to learn and to help each other. I think enough has been said already. Let this matter rest. Thanks. |

ANBAKO: Concgrats on your MR but I am curious, why do you want to seek for extension? I am pretty sure that will send a signal to AVO.....Will advise you strongly to work with that given timeframe.
Good luck The extension is not for any bad reason. I am presenting my business account and I would have loved some cheques to clear first. They would clear after the period given. I will still print it out and submit it together with copies of the cheques that are yet to clear. I am sure that will suffice. That is the clarification I wanted to seek from the experts and I can see this has turned into a whole .... in the forum. Good evening. |

@Benik,
I think you should ask them the same question.
It could be an oversight. Ask for an explanation and assert that you have already sent a statement with enough funds. And use that opportunity to kinda "shoot down" the 30 day window.
Thanks. |
