@ Bnimz, I do not think it is hard for someone to convert 489 to 887 as long as you either work part or full time also you can still get a professional jobs with 489.

I have a friend in NT that went with 489 in 2014, he is a lecturer (Dr)in one of the university they just got their PR late last year I believe everything is God grace and favor.

You can imagine Northern territory that always issue 489 even when you apply for 190 and they are the only state that nominate your skill what will the person do reject it and stay in Naija because it's 489.

Congratulations funkyjo on your Ita. I really need to confirm about spouse transcript form everyone. I understand you either do the English test or get "to whom it may concern" from your spouse university. Now, do we need to add transcript as well? I thought it's just the English language proficiency/ certificate and if yes, does it apply to all kinds of visa sub class or just 189?

I am kind of confused here and also what if my spouse is a businessman what happens.

I know that the next pte test will be my last so am putting all documents together.

Hello house, the year has been hectic for me, with two solid visits to PTE hall, first time was damn poor ( didn't reflect I was premier trained, second attempt was much better, but still far from target). Yet I am determined to hit hit it right soonest.

I am resolute I will get it right.

Yes it's the state am nominating too my occupation is Insurance broker and am in the same prayer point with you.only SA is nominating but on special condition which means I must have up to 70 to 80 point to get nomination.

You can check for the difference between the 190&489 from page 0, we are family of 5 .

Also remember that NT need POF.

Anyone here nominating Nt is still in the process of applying for the SS so I doubt if all of us can answer that question.

Like I said earlier join or search for expatforum for NT and get more information that you needed, they also have a WhatsApp group but you have to ask questions in the forum up to 5 times for you to gain assess to the group.

My little cent and finding about NT for you to get a 190 you must have a job offer and a close family/friend living in that place. Also the chances for 190 is 2/10 but you can never say you might be lucky to be among the few.
