A new subject 'Religious tolerance' should be introduced and should be compulsory right from kindergaten to senior secondary school.

And it should continue in tertiary institutions as a GST course.

Christians will see this as nothing, to them it is mere rants by muslims over 'little issue' .
No matter how you see this or from what angle you are looking at it. This is an extreme religious bigotry by the polaris bank supervisor and the muslims have every right to stand against it.

Any election grounded in STATUES will always hold and stand except there is no will on the part of the organizers and government for the exercise.

PEOPLE STAYING AWAY FROM ELECTIONS IS A REGRETABLE OPTION, WHILE ELECTIONS WILL ALWAYS HELD WITH OR WITHOUT THEM. THE BOYCOTTERS ARE THE GREATEST LOSERS IN THE CONTENDING SCHEME OF THINGS.

The local government election will hold and there would be winners declared and there would be local governments chairmen and councilors in the state of Osun and opposition people can go SULK and WEEP in the corners of their rooms. Including KICK WHINE and WIMPERS all they like.

FOR AS LONG AS THE EXERCISE WAS BOTH LEGITIMATE AND STATUTORY!

Get your rent sorted.. you can get online to search for cheap apartments, say self con around mainland could see for 100-150k.
Then start up ur job hunt around sururlere, Ikeja, lagos Island. Btw you can get something fast or you can engage in petty business for survival. I'm saying this because lagos is tough.
500k won't get u one sack of provision if u want to start a provision store...

Investing in Lagos is pretty complicated for a first time investor to do alone.
Don't buy land from Omo onile
These are some of the things the land must have before you even listen to the seller


1. Ensure the land has a Deed of Assignment
2 Registered survey plan
3. Ensure you do your proper title search. Note not all properties registered with Land bureau are genuine. You are have to involve expert.

If what the person has is only receipt note that you will pay to another person too before you can perfect your land title. I advise to run away from Omo onile.

Also note the documents I posted above are the least documents the land must have. Especially the Deed of Assignment. Some will tell you C of O because they don't know but do you know you can't process any document without the Deed of Assignment.

After buying ensure the seller prepares good contract of sale that protect you against future eventualities.

So am asking what should i look forward to? What kinds of documents must I get or request for as a sole ownership.
