OK. Well, i was in there Office at Artillery in Port-Harcourt though. Though I found it difficult trying to locate the office as they had no signboard until i called the numbers on their site.

I was skeptical when i entered the Office because it didnt look like such transaction takes place there. The place was quiet, like 6-8 destop but just a staff. Even their next door neighbour doesnt know they do such cos i enquired abt them from the next shops.
